I stayed in Hobbit's House #5, a very cozy little cabin with an unbelievably comfy bed. At night with the bedroom window open, I could hear the surf and not much else. Yachats State Park is across the street. It's a great place for a long, quiet weekend of sitting by the ocean, watching surfers and birds and beachcombers.

We stayed in cottage 3A and it was such an adorable place! It is located within a 1 minute walk to the beach. The owner was quite nice and even invited us to a bbq one of the nights we were staying. We stayed May 27th-30th at 50 dollars a night. It was a steal! Where the cottage is, you... More

Cabins are rustic and small, but price is right and you can bring your pet. Right adjacent to the park on the ocean and walking distance to everything in town makes this a suitable place for a short stay.

First stay at the Rock Park Cottages; we stayed at the Surfers Shack, #2. Small and cozy, and a bit dark inside. Has a full kitchen, dining, living, bedroom and bath. Upside: right on the beach and less than a five minute walk to everything in Yachats. Downside: bed too soft (awoke with a sore back), WiFi available but does... More

Cute and funky cottage from the 40's or 50's with wood paneling, cove openings, kitchen and sitting area, and even the double bed. It's in a great setting next to a park, with a sneak peak toward the ocean. It was cozy and stable even with a winter storm warning outside. Would be a fun place for family or friend... More

We absolutely love the Hobbit House #5 in Rock Park Cottages. Its all wood interior is charming and warm. We have stayed there three times and loved every night. We did find it to be somewhat overfurnished with too many pillows so we stashed them behind the couch. It is a tiny space and every inch is precious when two... More

We stayed in #5 The Hobbit House. Cute, but a bit small for the four of us with a double bed in the bedroom and a double pullout in the living room - which should only be pulled out once everyone's ready for bed as it blocks the entrance to the bedroom /bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils,... More
