Friendly staff. Washrooms / laundry / pool are all very clean and well maintained. Small convenience store on site with decent prices. Well run, tidy, and we will return for another shopping trip. This was easy to find and just off of the I5.
Horrible trashy place will never stay here again camp host came out threatened and yelled at my daughters and friends for a youth softball tournament out there having fun at 8 o’clock I said we were too loud and too noisy quiet times at 10 say this place is horrible I would never recommend this place trash trash trashThe owners of this place should be ashamed of them selves to hire people that treat their parks like this they lost a lot of business for a whole two softball teams that come over here frequently for softball tournaments horrible people horrible place horrible
Being a very short distance from I-5, a block from a gas station and next to several restaurants the PORTLAND-Woodburn RV Park is in a very convenient location. It. Is clean, the people are nice, it’s pet friendly and more.
I only stayed one night passing through on my way to California. The park is well maintained, and has more amenities than I was looking for, including a pool which I never visited. My spot had full hookups and was super close to the dog walking area (at my request). It has spaces for the largest motorhomes, plus plenty of room for trailers and their towing rigs. There is a Elmers Restaurant only steps from the park, and more eateries and businesses close by. I would pass on this rv park next time ONLY because it was more expensive than most I’ve stayed in because you’re paying for the amenities, which I didn’t care to use.
A good clean park for a couple of nights right off I5. Right beside Woodburn outlet mall. If you want a picnic table, you have to rent one which is a bit crazy. The front desk gals could learn to a bit less ornery. I’m not sure why they aren’t more friendly! But overall, a good RV park.
We have stayed at this park several times, with the same motorhome, and always with our dogs. Again on the way through, we made reservation for a one nighter, arrived late in the day after driving for many hours, and were now told our dogs were of an unwelcome breed. Had to argue and argue - and were finally allowed to stay for one night under the condition that the dogs would be taken out of the park for walks etc. So, if you're a dog owner please be sure to mention this when making your reservation. Some people working at this park may not like your breed, while others may tell you how gorgeous your pup is. Luck of the draw. Otherwise, one employee was plain stinking unfriendly, another one very welcoming, manager trying to keep the peace. Washrooms were clean enough. Lots of residential units. Not a destination.…
I would not complain about the price if the place wasn't so seedy. There were junky old vehicles with flat tires and constant freeway noise. The spots were tight even though they are pull through because the people living in their rv's are parked all over the place. It did not feel secure during day or night. The only redeeming quality was the proximity to the outlet mall. I would expect to pay 20 bucks for a place like this - not 45. I should have parked across the highway for free at Walmart.
This RV park has a great location. Good shopping, and great restaurants within walking distance. Park brochure offered service-over-the-phone when we needed help with an electrical problem. Exceptionally clean restrooms and showers. A great alternative to Brookhollow!
We spent 2 nights here to maximize our shopping time at the outlet mall and surrounding area. The park serves the needs of a spot to sleep but that's about all. I5 is so close u hear it most of the night and the spot we had was wide open to the restaurant parking lot with no fence for privacy or security. I felt the park was a little to open for me it could use a fence. The service was great and they have added a small dog fenced area which was great to run the dog. A good stop over and I'm sure we will stay there again just ask for the spot as far away from the freeway.
We have stayed at this RV Park many times over the years. It has a great location (about 20 minutes from Portland), its own entrance to the outlet mall, a Starbucks and Panera Bread within walking distance. The bathroom and showers are probably the cleanest I have found while camping. I usually shower in the RV but definitely use the showers when I am here. The only downside is that the Wifi is a bit weak and reservations are a must. We will be back.
