This is a nice, sparkling clean and tidy RV park tucked back away from the freeway, but has easy freeway access. It's about a half hour south of Portland, in an urban setting. There is limited noise from the freeway.

The office personnel were very friendly and efficient, and there is a discount coupon available on the park's web site, which they cheerfully accepted.

They have a nice pool, and the showers, laundry and restrooms are all clean and in excellent condition. There is only one building for the showers, and it is near the front of the park, so it may be a fairly long walk from sites located at the back of the park.

There is a gate in the fence bordering the Woodburn Factory Outlet Mall, so it is just a few minutes' walk to all those stores. Additionally, the park is next door to Elmer's restaurant, an Arbys, and a Starbucks!

The only problem with this park may be that at certain times the freeway offramps are jammed and congested with cars. The fast-growing surrounding towns, together with the shopping center, have put a burden on the roads. The traffic is heavy on the offramps at commute times, and during the Christmas season.

But for a very nice park right off the I-5 freeway, this one is tops!

We stayed here on our way to San Diego. It's very close to the freeway and backs onto a Outlet Mall (which was great because my daughter forgot to pack her runners!) The front desk staff were so sweet and amazing - and reminded me of the BCAA discount. They were very helpful. We recommended this RV park to my parents and they enjoyed it as well.

Clean friendly and nice- until you break a rule that there was no mention of when you signed up for a month to month stay. We got chewed out over our pickup trailer being parked on our lot with the statement that we" can't have anything else on our lot" when there were other lots with worse than a table, grill and pull behind trailer. Also when we asked specifically about rules regarding items allowed they said there wasn't any.
Also Promised wifi is slow and worthless.
So yes good for short stays but don't stay long. It's terrible

We have stayed here before, but not under extreme winter conditions. Management and all their helpers were exceptionally helpful during an ice storm. Went so far as to escort me back to our rig in fear that I would fall on the ice and injure myself. The restrooms and laundry room were spotless, perhaps the best I’ve ever seen. Weather closed down the Outlet mall which is adjacent, but the shops are always fun to explore. Express checkin was very handy and efficient. Can’t say enough about the helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness of the facilities!

Terrible place. Staff is rude, racist and agist. Staff all up in your business 24x7 with rules they don’t enforce on others. Worst place to stay! Charge different amounts according to race or age. Laundry was clean and the outlet mall to walk to was nice.

I'm glad we took a chance on this place. Affordable, Quiet park. Nice pool temp even. Plenty of chairs and tables. It was fun watching another family playing in the pool with their children. The staff was VERY INFORMATIVE and helpful. We wanted to know of things to do and places to go in the area. The wonderful staff employees gave us some ideas.
My husband has allergies to grass it wasn't a problem for him to sit outside as it was cut nice short. It was also nice having so many clean washer and dryers to do laundry very clean! The best part was being able to walk to the Outlet from the park and not have to try to find a parking space and get stuck in the traffic. We will come here again hopefully very soon.

I would not recommend this site! Only stayed one night but worst of our whole 3 week vacation by a mile! Staff was extremely rude. All signs indicated pool was open until 8:30 and when about 15 of us, more than half children 9 and under, went in the pool a lady came out screaming at us. First she lied and said our skin was being burned by chemicals. If that didn't scare the kids enough she then screamed she was phoning the police on us frightening the children further. We pleaded for just 15!minutes in the water as our kids had just been in the car for 10 hours to get there and we had picked this site hugely because of the pool to no avail. After waiting until the pool opened the next day a different lady came out screaming at us that the three year old that was holding a tennis ball container was not allowed plastic in the pool. She then yelled at me that the water needed to stay in the pool and after I questioned what she meant as it was raining and everything was wet she yelled I know and slammed the door. The only other area for the kids to play is a small playground that was so over grown the three year old could get lost!!! Not family friendly and terribly rude staff!!! Never will we go back and if you have kids I strongly recommend staying elsewhere!!!

We are new RV'ers and are living full time in our 5th wheel trailer while we do some traveling. Woodburn RV Park is near all needed services - shopping, restaurants, and services. The park is quiet. We use the laundry room and the laundry area is secure and always clean. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This park was close to where we needed to be, and we had no expectations other than being able to stay a couple of nights.

I WAS VERY PLEASED to find immaculate showers. I used the shower at different times of day, and found them clean every time. Very exceptional indeed. This is why I rate this park very good instead of average. In general, the park was clean throughout.

Park has a small pool and a few chairs, but generally, it's a cement park, with a strip of grass next to your unit, no shade. Large dog area, plus a small dog area.

Although close to the freeway, it was quiet enough to sleep. No parties, no ignorant behavior.

You can walk out a backgate to the outlet mall; several chain restaurants also in close walking distance.

We met up with relatives here that rave about this campground. They really like the proximity to the outlet mall. But it is really a parking lot with a lot of freeway noise. Pool is nice and the staff are very friendly. Prices in the store are more than reasonable. Campers need to reserve a picnic table for $2 a day; it is promptly delivered. Washrooms and showers are meticulously clean. Bonus is that there is a Starbucks across the road!
We would stay here for an overnight trip again, but not as a destination as there isn't a feel of camping here.
