For the price per night I would expect a better landscape property and better amenities. They need to put some money into the property to bring it up to speed. It looks like a rundown trailer park. Has a lot of potential if they would clean it up and make it look better.

Great park in the woods. I've been coming to this park for years now and always enjoy it. Nice walking area, hot tub, pool and outside areas. Could use some updates and or upkeep like most Encore/Thousand Trail parks. It really is too bad that these parks are getting this kind of reputation of needing help.

Our family stayed Presidents Day weekend along with a group in the Tiny houses. Unfortunately the Lincoln had water damage that was being repaired, so that family had to have their reservation cancelled a week out. They stayed at another hotel resort close by. This was really the only downside of our stay. Apart from the Lincoln we were able...

We stayed in the Zoe in the tiny house village. It was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The Zoe had two beds and was well kept. We hope to try the other tiny houses too!

We stayed in a rustic cabin and it couldn't have been nicer. It was very clean and loved there was 2 rooms, and stayed toasty warm inside. The bathrooms and grounds were clean and everyone loved the indoor pool.

The experience was better than expected. The on site restaurant should open sooner than 8:00 a.m. Once people go off property for something as simple as coffee, theres little incentive to come back for breakfast. We waited till 8 on Sunday to experience the on site cafe. Meh. The cost of coffee to go is more than the espresso shop...

It was overall a very nice cabin, well taken care of, pool was great. The only complaint we had was that we were not able to shower or use the water in our cabin due to sulfur in the water which smelled like rotten eggs

Tiny house was just ok. The facilities are in dire need of attention...mold, drywall damage, cold showers... It would be great to see them invest in updating the common areas like the hot tub, showers, pool, locker room, sauna...

Everything here seems great but the pool/hot tub area. It was gross both times we have stayed here. Hair wads floating everywhere and the showers seem old and deteriorating. The rest of the experience was great. Staff, restaurant, and grounds great.

The house was adorable! We arrived a bit early for check in and were not created kindly. The bakery staff was very nice as well as most of the staff we met. The tiny house needed a check out list. I didn't know what was required of us when we left. We emptied the garbage and swept.
