Do NOT stay here, especially if tenting! This place is mostly full of long term rentals and every trailer seems to have several cats and dogs. Dogs are constantly barking. Unfixed cats are roaming free everywhere and there were cat feces EVERYWHERE!!! It is literally all you can smell. Bathrooms are very smelly and in disrepair. Paid for two nights but left immediately in the morning after staying only one night. An unneutered male cat sprayed our tent during the night. Awful :(
We travel with a 27' travel trailer and reserved this place sight-unseen. A big mistake! This place is a trashy dump and is not a resort. It's a LAST resort. It's crowded, no sewer or TV, and the grass is full of duck poop. The picnic table at our camp site was not usable. It was rotten and the seat was cracked. There is no concrete or asphalt in the entire place. We reserved a spot on-line, which was a mistake. We camped all along the Oregon Coast and this was the most expensive place, was the trashiest, and had the least amenities. Never again! Avoid this place if possible.
Well cut grass, an on site restroom/shower facility, and a well stocked general store. Great nature places to visit all around. The ocean is just a short walk away. You can easily hear the roar of the ocean on a quiet night. There are many local trails to hike. I don't fish, but I saw someone fishing right from the dock with a bucket of small mouth bass. Would recommend.
We live in La Pine Oregon and made a reservation 1 month ago. We let them know we would be coming in late and were told that wasn't a problem. When we arrived at 11.55 pm and drove to our spot which was occupied. We tried to knock on the office but nobody helped. We left a note and spent the night in a home depot parking lot. Still haven't heard from them.
I have camped a lot of places, we were invited to come here. NEVER EVER stay here if you want to camp. Its right on the main Rd, traffic 24/7. Trailer Park is trashy and scary, we stayed away as long as we could during the day. Bad bad bad
