got off work at 7:15am went to hotel it was to open at 8:00am my phone would not work at finally at 8:10am one was there to open the office so I left and went to Newport and got a room if you want a room at this hotel better make sure you do it before you go to work...

I am a travel writer and my husband and I booked a room at the Yaquina Bay Inn for three nights so we could explore Newport. their website stated they recently renovated and showed pictures of well maintained and decorated rooms....they lied. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon, whilst a huge storm was blowing and when we arrived...

We stayed here for a month. The service was great. The manager always went out of her way to make sure we had clean towels, and sheets. Her and her husband were very friendly and always answered any questions we had. The rooms could be a little updated but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

came to the coast to get away for the day and end up staying the night saw the sign for thursday market took the exit checked out the town and market went in to newport had a walk on the beach and dinner it was get late and desided to stay at the hotel and had a lovely time and...

I was on the road and just stop to see want the town of Toledo was all about so I stop in at the yaquina bay hotel and stayed one night the manager were very nice and told me all about the town and told were the best place in town to eat

he stayed for almost a month and a half with his work the place was clean and comfertable had what he need mic and frig had clean towels and trash out everyday and not alot of noise he even had to work nights for a week and didn,t have trouble even sleeping during the day

I have been here before and enjoyed my stay, the management was great and will to be of service to me. The area is of the 20' and 30' and is great for the people who don't demand all the fu-fu of the ritz.,If you want a good quit retreat and go fishing or antique shopping or just get away...

We stopped here for a night on a recommendation. Paid my room fee, and was directed to my room. I immediately had bad vibes for this place. The halls were dark and spooky even in the middle of the afternoon. Was willing to give the room the benefit of a doubt. I should have trusted my instincts. Walked in the...

stopped here after a long day driving, the outside and lobby area looked dated but clean and tidy so we went for it.....huge mistake....the room was vile! I've stayed in 1*-5* accommodation in the past and in my opinion a place can be old, lacking amenities but there is no excuse for filth! The room was disgusting, the linin dirty...

we where on a trip down the coast got to newport and no rooms so called to see if they have any rooms and yes they had a room and the manager gave me direction to hotel . we even enjoyed the car show the next day and when we are in the area again we will stay

Yaquina Bay Hotel where comfort and relaxation meet. The first floor of "Lincoln Hotel" was built in 1924. The second floor was added in 1926 giving it 50 rooms with 2 bathrooms on each floor. It was closed from 1980 until 1983. In 1985 it was re-opened as the "Hotel Toledo" after remodeling which made it 40 rooms each with it's own bathroom. In 2005 it was renamed the "Yaquina Bay Hotel." ... more   less
