Quiet place, they have quite a few permanent residents but these are set up in specific rows. All those we met were nice and friendly. Our transient row of some dozen slots was never occupied by more than two other rigs.
WIFI and cell service very limited throughout this area south of Tillamook. We depended on trips to the town's Fred Meyer store for decent connectivity. The cable TV service in park was fine.
Bathroom facilities were super clean with plenty hot water.
Previous review noted short spacing between slots. True. The utilities were all totally functional.
Yes, the famous wild rabbit population is still there.
Easy access to Tillamook town, to the interesting coast areas out west and north of town.
The famous Tillamook Creamery was closed due CV19. The nearby Blue Heron was open, had an extensive shop.
Grocery shopping at Tillamook Safeway and Fred Meyer.
We were impressed by Garibaldi's "Myrtle Wood Shop". Distinctive art work and decorative household items.

The bathrooms are semi-private BUT no soap???? Since we're in the midst of a pandemic this seems like a definite health hazard. Also the grassy sites are so lumpy it's nearly impossible to level your rig.

... with noise. They were staying in a popup and asked me if I heard the commotion the prior night. I replied that I had not, and they proceeded to tell me the story of loud hillbilly music, a screaming baby, and a bonfire 6 feet tall (in a fire restrictive area). We had not heard anything, but the bedroom in our fiver was at the opposite end of where they were describing.

The roads are gravel, but mostly dirt, and the management tried to keep the dust down with a water truck that periodically traveled the park. None the less, our rig and truck were covered with a fine layer of flour-like dust the next morning. The sites were all grass, but fairly level.

The restroom and shower facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A chap on the edge of the park sells firewood for those that need it.

Plenty of shade trees made the park comfortable even in hot weather. Just a few miles north are an aircraft museum, and the Blue Heron and Tillamook cheese factories

Beautiful quiet place, lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. Two rivers (Tillamook and Munson Creek) that are just right to relax next to, very large fenced in dog run, spots gravel but well leveled. Nice & friendly staff. Little store in office that stocks practically everything you could need, chain grocery stores & restaurants about 7 miles north on Hwy 101 in Tillamook Great WiFi throughout the park. Clean restroom/shower building that is also where guest laundry is located.

*****Read reviews carefully, many are from up to 5 or 6 years ago. Brand new owners are working hard to make the RV park even more beautiful!*****

We had some major issues with this park. First, the spaces are so tight, you can read your neighbor's newspaper through the window. Second, the neighbor's septic hose connection is right next to your picnic table. And no, there's really no room to move the table. Very appealing. And third, this is listed as pet friendly. When we checked in, we were directed to a fenced enclosure where our dogs could run off leash. However, the owner feeds and encourages wild rabbits. There are dozens and dozens. Anybody guess what happens when off leash dogs see wild rabbits? The rabbits are everywhere, so our dogs could never settle. Taking them around the park on leash was a nightmare. And my dogs aren't wild and uncontrollable. They're just regular dogs. The owners went ballistic when it appeared our dogs may chase a rabbit in the off leash area. It won't be long before predators move into the area, and then campers with little dogs will really have an experience. This is a disaster in the making and we left after just one night. The owner made no apologies and it is obvious they value the rabbits more than the paying guests. I can see that a few bunnies would be great for kids as a petting zoo kind of attraction, maybe. But for their safety and welfare, and for the good of the business, the rabbits need to be sterilized and enclosed.

You really should have went some where else if you were unhappy here. This park has had a lot of good things to offer people. You should look at the park you are going to book with before you come. you would have seen we are a very pet friendly park, so there are animals here!

We stayed here in Nov 2014 for 7 days. I grew up on a farm with many animals, so I don't hate animals. This place is a pig pen. At check in the dogs were all over us and we are allergic to dogs and cats, the people could not control the pets. Domestic rabbits have been let loose on the property. The dung is every where. Tracked it into our RV and the vehicles. We don't live with animals and their filth. The sites were very muddy because of the typical amounts of rain. Much more gravel is needed on each sight. The owners and guests let the dogs run loose and don't clean up after them so watch your step, esp. at night. The wind blew hard one day and blew over the garbage cans, it took the people 3 days before they cleaned up the mess. This could be a beautiful RV Park for people to stay in. I wrote a review 10 days ago and it is still not on this site. There are better parks in this area.

We live 30 miles from here and we come to relax and be one with nature. The rabbits are sweet and very happy to see us when we arrive. The staff is very nice and we come often. My husband and I always make a new friend every time we visit. Truly Gods country! Contrary to another review, there is at least 30 feet to move the table if the septic hose is in the way. Depending on where we camp, we always need to move the picnic table to where we would it to be. Thank you to the staff at Pleasant Valley for keeping the park clean and friendly! The showers and the bathrooms are the cleanest ones we have ever seen. We are the Happy campers.

We had a very relaxing stay at this pleasant RV park. This is a good location for seeing the area--Tillamook Cheese Factory, Tillamook Air Museum, the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad. Though we stayed during a busy weekend and the sites are a bit close, the park was quiet for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. There is a small store for needed items, and it even sells Tillamook ice cream, just be sure to check the store hours. It was closed when we had our ice cream attack. :( The cute bunnies were entertaining! :) We'd definitely stay again.

This lovely campground had full hook-ups for $34+ for our Class A motorhome. Lovely place to stay with wild domesticated rabbits everywhere. Quiet, peaceful setting just south of Tillamook. Would recommend.
