The room was very nice. Surprisingly beautiful and new. Very clean. Walking distance to everything you need and many restaurants. The bed was great and the shower nice. We both slept great and easy parking.

The Dalles Inn is conveniently located in downtown, within walking distance of the Baldwin Saloon and Clock Tower Ales. The room was quiet and clean. We received 10 percent off our dinner bill at the Baldwin Saloon by showing them our room key card. The Baldwin Saloon is the number one rated restaurant in The Dalles with high-end food without... Downtown hotel within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and historic elements. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast had mostly breads, cereal and waffle, not much protein, but a nice to have the option.

I needed an affordable place to stay for the night while traveling. Nothing fancy. The Dalles Inn was clean and comfortable. I had a second floor room and it was a bit inconvenient to lug my gear up the outside stairs. The breakfast the next morning offered a nice selection and there was a pleasant dining area.

We chose The Dalles Inn for a recent visit because it was right in town and not a freeway hotel. The Dalles Inn surpassed our expectations. The rates are good, and the room was large and clean. Parking is easy and elevators are right inside the doors. During our two days in The Dalles we were able to walk to... More

Before booking our room, my husband and I made sure that a bed was available for our three month old. Upon arrival, we saw that a Pack n Play was provided, but when we set up the bed for our son later that evening, we found that bedding was not included, only a gross, dirty mattress. When we contacted the... More

I'd like to sincerely apologize for the pack n' play issues, we have since bought sheets for all of the pack n' plays we have here at the property. I can understand your frustration and encourage you to give me a call or email so that i can be sure to compensate for your less than desirable night. We'll continue... More

Visited to attend Harvest Festival in Hood River. Hotel was inexpensive, and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Checked in a few hours earlier than checkin. Renee was most helpful, and was able to upgrade one room and get it closer to ours. Renee was very gracious, professional, but still very friendly. We had left some medicine for our puppy... More

We wanted to get away for a couple of days and decided to head too Hood River. After checking room rates decided to expand my search, 20 miles east found the Dalles Inn. What a great place, Is it older? yes BUT it was well taken care of and very clean. A rare gem with a wonderful staff. And it... More
