I had booked this motel because of reviews on Trip Advisor and I was not disappointed. Clean, well kept little motel owned by a very friendly and helpful couple. Clean rooms, that are well maintained and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was large. The room had a small sitting area as well, and was spacious. Even though it was on... More

We booked this hotel direct and were not sure what we would get. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were newly remodeled and very clean. This is a family run motel and you can see the pride they take in their ownership. Very impressive and would definitely recommend.

A friendly couple own the motel and they were hospitable. Our room was spacious and very clean. It was a nice place to spend the night before going to Crater Lake National Park. Our stay was June 10th, 2016.

The motel is small and on the edge of town. The rooms were very clean and updated. Quiet. Staff was very friendly. They had great recommendations for dinner. It is a wonderful small hotel where you can get a very good nights sleep.

Since we were left stranded by a broken rental car (and Hertz, who despite promises, never did replace the car), we got to see a lot of what goes on at the Maple Leaf. The owners, Sonia and her husband, operate and manage this family business. They work hard to keep the property to a high standard, and even harder... More

No complaints here! this was the closest we could stay to Crater Lake while touring and camping through the region. A nice family run motel, friendly staff, clean rooms, fair prices and a good location!

This is a family run motel, not HOTEL. For the price we paid, it was awesome. It is located right off the highway, no pool, no breakfast. Very basic. With that said, the room was quiet, can't even hear the highway traffic. Room is decent, 15 rooms, all are double queens. Very clean, sheets, bathroom. There is a front lawn... More

Hotel clean and accommodating as others described, but disappointed it was an hour from crater lake which we didn't realize when we booked. Hotel provides nice room but no view since its on major highway. Plan to sleep here and leave. Size of room spacious.

Needed a place to stay before heading off to Crater Lake for adventuring. What a nice little motel. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. There's a great grassy area in front of the motel perfect for a picnic, reading a book, having a glass of wine.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Sonya is awesome. We had a great stay. Good location for visits to Crater Lake and the Umpqua National Forest. We enjoyed the front lawn to sit outside and share pics with a glass of wine. Our room was updated, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Great to have breakfast in the room. Local flavor.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are a small family run motel with fifteen spacious rooms. We know that traveling can have you missing the creature comforts of home. That is why we have renovated our rooms and decorated them with care and love, just as we would if it was our own home. We chose a color pallete that is pleasing to the eye, comfortable to stay in and feels inviting the moment you step into the room. ... more   less
