Beautiful Ocean/Beach Front property. All rooms have coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, gas fireplace as well as DVD players. We also offer kitchenettes. We offer 1, 2 & 3 bedded rooms, 2 & 3 bedded rooms with separate bedrooms for much needed privacy. For your pleasure we offer Continental Breakfast, as well as in-room coffee. We are pet friendly, (pet friendly rooms are located on the ground floor only) and offer free wireless internet, and ADA rooms upon request.

We love staying here because of the location and family-friendly amenities. There’s a lot to do in walking distance but parking is easy and free for going out exploring the area. The off-season deals are amazing!

Great view and location in fun Seaside. Helpful and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is a plus. The access to the beach is stellar as well as people watching along the boardwalk. Love the little gas log fireplace.

Great ocean view from our room. Close to restaurants, local shops and bars. Would've liked the pool and spa to be open later. We would definitely consider staying at the Ebb Inn on our next visit to Seaside.

I love staying at the Edd Tide for many reasons. Location to Ocean and shopping was nice. Staff were all kind and helpful. Kitchen area was clean and great selection for food and drinks. Beds were compfortable.

I’ve been coming to Ebbtide for awhile. So glad I found this Gem. Centrally located on the promenade. I like the fireplace atmosphere in the room. Room is simple but adequate to your needs Free cookies at 6 pm Free salt water taffy! Friendly staff that want to accommodate your needs

We have stayed at the Ebb Tide many times over the years and can always count on good service and a clean quiet room. The whole staff is courteous and helpful. The free breakfast is always a plus. Also the cookies in the lobby at 6 pm each evening.

This hotel was wonderful. Although we did not rent a room with a view, our window looked right out onto the beach! The room was spacious and a warm, cozy fireplace. The hotel has great beds, plush towels, and nice pool towels. The pools room is a bit small and we would have liked the late night hours to be adults only from maybe 9-11pm. But the room was nice and the water was good. The breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt and so much more. We will be back!

Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful beaches and views. Large, clean rooms, nice pool, hot tub. Morning breakfast, military discount, fireplace, nice beds. Walkable to restaurants and town. Great place to stay. Also, parking was good and always felt safe.
