Had a great 3 night stay at Hi-Tide. The location is just steps from the beach and I loved that it's on the end of the beachfront strip of hotels/condos, so you get more privacy and quietness. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette with dishware, a fireplace, and a comfy bed. Loved having a pool and hot tub. Everything was well maintained. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was some simple pastries/bagels, oatmeal, pancake maker, fruit, yogurt, etc. They also have fresh-baked cookies available in the lobby every evening! Would definitely recommend and stay again if I'm in the area.

We visited Seaside during the week and enjoyed our stay at the Hi-Tide Inn. The special they were running for winter prices was great and really added value. The room was very clean upon arrival, and while the tub and sink in the bathroom may be older, I felt like they were well taken care of. Staff was quick to respond when our pilot light went out in our room. The only negative I have is the railing on the balcony. It was very loose and one giant push would have caused it to fall. It's obvious that the boards on the balcony have rotted out and the bolts are no longer gripping anything to hold the railing in place. We were fine because everyone is our party was older, but I would be concerned if you had a young child out there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again!

We utilized the High Tide for a family birthday and wine walk five day stay. The location was great, right on the promenade with a great view of the ocean and nice rooms with a microwave and mini refrigerator as well as a great continental breakfast with orange or grape juice, hot and cold cereal, muffins and pastries and fresh fruit and yogurt and milk, coffee and tea as well as four kinds of fresh cookies at 6 pm everyday, including snickerdoodle, the best, chocolate chip, peanut butter, and white chocolate macadamia nut, all of which were very good to excellent and very fresh! The High Tide is dog friendly which came in handy as our daughter could bring her greyhound best friend along for a $10 per night surcharge. Best views are from the top floor, which is the third and is serviced by steps and an elevator and is the only floor dogs are not by permitted on. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub so bring your swimsuits. Customer service is 24/7 and is five star and maid service is available on a daily as needed basis, with fresh towels daily and trash no pickup also but linen changing only on request during your stay. The facility is rated, I believe unfairly as 2 star, as it should be 3-3.5 stars and the extras of fresh daily cookies and great morning breakfasts with outstanding customer service and unbeatable location make this a four star stay, which we highly recommend to you!
