Detailed Reviews
Friendly managers. Clean place to stay. Not a lot of privacy. Tight roads. My big gripe. mowing the lawn right in everyone's camp site, WHILE THEIR CAMPING!! Not considerate. If you need to mow the lawn, mow within two spots of your campers and wait to finish when they leave. don't mow right up next to their door steps. No one wants to listen to your noisy huge riding lawn mower. Wifi was not so hot either, sometimes worked good and other times didn't work with a hoot. We probably won't return. High priced for an RV park. $65 a night ouch.

Thanks so much for this review. We completely agree that mowing beside occupied sites isn't ideal and will check in with our maintenance crew about that. Thanks for the heads up.

We have looked at staying here in years past but didn't due to reviews. It looks like new owner/management has made great improvements, widening parts of the interior roads is the most obvious. The park has a full-hookup area with paved pads, tables and fire rings, and excellent utility hookups. Sites are very large/wide, with plenty of grass. There is also a large grass area for dry camping, with tables and fire rings. Everything was very clean, and grass kept mowed.
The only negatives were WiFi and TV/Cable. WiFi worked excellent the first of our 7 days, and we were never able to connect afterwards. Though they had many TV stations listed, the cable connection never produced any; one other camper who was there for a couple of weeks confirmed the same issue. I did ask the Office for assistance a few times, but never received any. Luckily we were able to pick up NBC with OTA and watch the Olympics.
There is access to the little creek but it was down a steep slope and the creek did not look all that inviting, so passed on putting our kayaks in.
The Park's proximity to coastal towns and activities makes it ideal and we expect to stay again.

We love coming to Seasode OR every other year. IMO this is the best rv park I have stayed in there. It is close to everything and they are very friendly there. The price is comparable to a high volume tourist location in any other place. I would have given them 5 stars but their “quiet time” policy is a little harsh starting at 10pm. I could see midnight but 10pm is early for most Rvers. If you want bedtime that early then get earplugs or go to a state park, instead of making everyone else stop a good time for you. I also gave 4 start bec the park hosts that are stuck with enforcement of this are really very nice and understanding of this. You have to decide if this is a deal breaker for you. Campfires are good until midnight but no music or loud talking(?) after 10.

This is our 4th time here and have enjoyed it each time. The sites are easy to access, plenty of room, level, paved and a combination of very long pull through and back in.
The staff is friendly, helpful and do a fine job keeping the place clean and attractive. They gave both full hookups and a large open area without hookups but have a nice restroom and shower facility. Close to town, yet far enough away from the bustle of heavy tourist traffic.

We have driven by this campground hundreds of times when we used to live on the Oregon Coast. Recently after staying 4 nights at Fort Stevens we weren’t ready to go back to Walla Walla with 110 degree temperatures. It was a welcome place to camp here for 2 nights. The place where we camped was level on grass with a table and fire pit. The bathrooms and showers were excellent, very clean. We liked that the bathrooms had a security code to use them. My only issue was that the WiFi didn’t work out where we camped. It worked great by the office. I’d recommend them to place a repeater out somewhere in the middle of the campground. We noticed that several people needed to keep better control of their dogs. But other than that we can’t wait to camp here again.

The park is just ok, we were evacuated from fires so took what we could get. Despite required face mask posting right on office door, the only people who wore face masks are the guests. The office worker there never wore a mask.

The park was great! Nice sized spots, quiet, lots of trees! Check in was easy, the staff was very nice. The dog park was great!!! Location to town was wonderful although a little difficult to exit because of traffic.
Our ONLY issue were the bathrooms. During our 3 day stay, the garbages were not emptied and the contents were not pleasant. In addition, in order for my shower stall to drain, I had to remove the large hair clog. There were Clorox wipes on the sink so that helped but not as much as a thorough daily cleaning.

+1
Was a tenant here from November til June (ish). I cannot say enough nice things about this establishment. The family who manages the property goes Above and beyond to make you feel at home. The scenery is beautiful, and peaceful. I’ve never felt unsafe or uncomfortable here. Great clean bathroom and laundry facilities. And a special theatre room for family movie night!!! Don’t pass this up. Tell them Kelsey sent you!

This park is conveniently located for travelers to visit Seaside, Cannon Beach and Astoria areas. It is an older park and could use some maintenance and upkeep. There were deep ruts around the site we were in that were a serious fall hazard. We were there 4 nights and did not see anyone mowing or going any maintenance at all. I doubt we would pick this campground again unless nothing else were available. It was not absolutely horrible but it was not very nice either. The plus for this park is location.

Thank you for this review. We'll add those maintenance issues to the list that our crews will work on during the off-season. They are currently fixing up the decks around the office and other structures. We hope to see you again soon!

Very nice RV park, one of the nicest my wife and I have stayed at! We're cat people and the first thing we were greeted with was the park cat, came right up to us as we got out of our motorhome, so we knew it would be a great stay. Very large campsites with trees all around us. Well maintained grass. Easy sites to back into with lots of room between each site. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. It was very quiet and peaceful! It's only a couple miles south of Seaside, so it's only a 5 to 10 minute drive to everything. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Seaside! They also have WI-FI. And their restrooms and showers are very nice, too.
