We arrived early evening and initially impressed with the modern amenities. Looked like it was recently remodeled. Decided to take a quick bathroom break and realized the toilet couldn’t fully flush. I immediately called the front desk and the lady just said that she’s coming over with a plunger for US to deal with it. What the heck?! After us attempting to unclog the toilet, I called back again and the lady also made an attempt and failed. She said she will have someone come out in the morning, which is 15 hours AFTER! The guy came out and unclogged within 2 minutes. We wanted a night for free for all of the inconvenience and they simply gave us a discount of $22, which is not even 10% of the nightly price. The lady was extremely rude in the passive aggressive manner. Do Not stay here. Go somewhere else that is equally expensive yet you are more likely to get treated better.

I stayed here one night with my family. Due to the virus there aren’t any employees on property. They wouldn’t allow us to check in early but since there was no staff we got into the room 30 minutes or so before check in time. The room looked fairly clean although the bathroom mirror above the sink and on the door were dirty and it smelled like soy sauce in the room. The shower was very small so be prepared to not have space to really move or place shampoo, etc. There is no AC. Only heat. Bring a fan if you’re a hot sleeper. The neighbors were noisy during the night and my sister could hear someone having a coughing fit so the walls are definitely not thick. They were also smokers and having them stand outside their door made their cigarette smoke smell come into our room through the crack in the door since we kept our windows closed at night. When we woke up in the morning the windows were wet and the carpet even felt damp from the condensation. It’s an average place to stay. Cheaper than a hotel. Don’t recommend staying here if you’re more of a hotel person like myself.

Contrary to all the wonderful pictures inn management posted on their website, the room I received was very small, the bathroom tiny, and the desk was not big enough to hold my laptop and some paperwork. I came here for some quiet time to be doing some work but that did not happen at this place. There was nobody at the office at all, the key to the room was in a lock box outside the room. The only way you can lock the room from the inside is with a bar lock. These are the most unsafe way to lock a room and are easy to open. If something was to happen, nobody would be there to take care of it immediately. The room smelled stuffy. The shower stall (if that's what you want to call it) was damaged in several places. I stayed all but 10 minutes, looked for another place to stay and found a nice hotel with large room, large shower, clean, smelling nice, breakfast included for just $10 more. Unfortunately, Beachside Inn does not refund the money you paid to reserve the room. They know why...they would never make any money.

Beachside Inn Seaside Management is not senior friendly, I would avoid. 700503916 Contacted hotel staff, as it was extra warm in room I called 24 hours in advance to check out the next day WHICH WAS THE RULE OF THIS PROPERTY! However the uninformed staff member said I could not get a refund and did not get the fact that I was 65 years old and have health issues. I new there was no AC but thought I would try it because it, most times cools off but not these days, plus it was only 69 for a high but real humid. So as I was up most of the night the phone rings at about 1 pm telling me I was correct about refund policy thinking I was gone well I was still there to her surprise the girl from the night before had me leaving. Needless to say the manager got rude threaten to evict me in the am, even though I had 1 night left , I said its cooling down credit a night for the misunderstanding and I will stay,, NO GET OUT IN THE MORNING was the quote, she reduced the night cost but not completely. The most rude MGR. I ever talked to no respect for seniors and threaten me, she would call police i said go ahead and laughed. Even had some one in a gray truck watching my room the morning I left . Would never stay or recommend this place EVER. Also I am slender and could barely turn around in shower and could not bend down if you dropped something !!!

This property is a joke. The rooms are filthy, despite being told the room had been deep cleaned recently, there was so much dog hair you could see it when the sun shined during the day as you walked across the floors. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were black within hours. There is NO STAFF ON SITE. The office ignores phone calls and then their staff lies about the phone calls. The owner fraudulently took money from my bank, which the bank returned and will go after the owner. I was told by an employee that I could stay til 1pm, then the owner claimed I wasn't told that. The same employee hung up on me and no longer answered the phone for over 2 hrs. The owner trespassed me and threatened to call the police for trying to talk to them about the issues we encountered. I do NOT recommend staying at this nightmare if a property. The rooms are dirty, despite the cute decor, the showers are TINY, and bathrooms aren't clean, and they leave toilet paper rolls that have been soaked and then dried out.
