Beachy cottage close to town and the beach. Lots of things within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay away from the big hotels. You do have to take out the garbage, but no big deal to me. I would have liked more information in my room regarding things to do in the area and eating places.

Really liked our room. The bathroom was small, but loved the rest of the room. A two minute walk from the beach, and four blocks from all the local shops near Seaside. The walls are pretty thin, was hoping to have an AC in the room, but there wasn't one. The room had a nice TV, and large mini fridge.... More

- Very expensive for what you get. Our 'cottage' smelled of mold/mildew so bad it burned my throat when we walked in. Had a hard time sleeping because of it, and when I woke up the next morning my eyes were swollen and itchy, and my throat swelled. When we moved the coffee table there was old food and cocktail... This motel will transport you back to the 50's. Outside curb appeal immediately says well kept up and maintained. Opening the door to the room # I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The size of the room was a bit of a disappointment. There is very little storage area. The small dresser that the TV sits... More

This little gem is located a couple of blocks from the boardwalk, so it's easier on the budget, but a delightful accommodation. We loved the walk down the boardwalk to the promenade and then down the main drag, Broadway St.

A funky little, old "beachy" motel but just off the PROM at a reasonable rate.Self entry and park at your steps tight. No extras here and very close quarters, thin walls, soft bed - tiny bathroom. I did not even try to take a shower in such tight quarters. Price was the factor for us because we didn't want to... More

This lovely motel style hotel has cute rooms and is within a 5 minutes walk from the beach located on a quiet residential street. Check can be a bit tricky, as there is no reception (one would have to go to the parent hotel a couple of blocks away). it might be helpful to get the check-in Email the day... More

Nice location on a couple blocks off from the beach area. Rooms are decorated very cute, but shower is very small! Also I wasn't comfortable that I had to really make sure to have all dishes washed and put back into place or be charged a hourly fee! And they said that there was free wifi, but when you logged... Part of the 50s/60s motor inn era, it's fairly well kept up. Price is reasonable. Location is great - a few blocks walk to Broadway (and much quieter than hotels in town), one and a half blocks to the promenade/beach. We originally found this on a past visit to Seaside as we walked around. Well kept up on the outside,... More

I can not emphasis enough how bad my experience in this hotel was, first of all I paid $249 a night for a disgusting room ( cottage? , no!) this "INN" has only either 11 or 12 rooms, so the first thing you should know is that you are paying to subsidize the off season, in no ones right mind...
