So clean and comfortable. The fireplace was a fun addition and the shower was really nice. Love how it had separate sleeping areas. Beautiful texture and color on walls and the beds were really nice as well. Loved how the kitchen was stocked with dishes too.

I booked to stay there using Expedia. This would have been my second stay with them. However, I received a fraud notification message from my bank for the amount of the hotel. This I found to be interesting since Expedia had a policy that we would pay later at the time of the stay. Beachside texted us and told us to call them asap otherwise they would cancel our reservation. They said that they were attempting to run our card for the full amount of our future stay. When we asked them why they were trying to charge now and that Expedia has a policy contract with them saying that we would pay later, the person got upset, and very defensive and decided to tell us that we would not be a good fit for their hotel and canceled our reservation. So because we challenged them on their inappropriate attempt to charge us, they decided that they got caught maybe??? and felt their customers are expendable. My assumption is that they were trying to charge us directly because Expedia charges them for the booking and they were trying to bypass their contract with using Expedia. So, you could argue this was shady, but then to treat us in this manner, we were shocked. Good luck…

Worst room ever!! Upon entering the room it felt dirty and was visibly dirty everywhere! Including a huge soda splash mark on one wall. Both the kitchen and bathroom sink were clogged. The fridge smelled like something had died inside of it. The sponge left on the sink smelled worse than the fridge. There was not even paper towels in the kitchen area and because they are lazy and nobody is on site not much you can do. Than we realized the floor was falling apart in the bathroom. I have stayed in a lot of hotels on vacation and this was by far the worst!! Would recommend motel 6 over this hotel!!

We went with friends to enjoy a nice get-away for the weekend. The room we stayed in (#5) supposedly had just been cleaned. We know this because there was a puddle of water on the floor. We called the office and maintenance came right away, wiped up, and told us it was likely from the cleaners who were in a hurry to clean because they were so busy. I happened so see the towel after he wiped it up and it was filthy! After walking around barefooted in just an hour, our feet were BLACK from dirt! Just been cleaned??? I don't think so! The bathroom picture shown on website is not what you get in the room. Not sure where that one was taken, but ours was laid out differently. Not a deal breaker, but just pointing out the inaccuracy. Speaking of the bathroom, the mirror was very scratched. It made it hard to see yourself to put on makeup, take contacts out, etc. There were 3 chairs for 4 people, and one of them had a completely detached seat, it was not bolted down. Meaning, the seat could, and did, slide off onto the floor when you leaned back...accident waiting to happen! 3 coffee mugs for 4 people. Wi-Fi was weak at best. Very spotty, and took us a while to even be able to connect to it. 2 pillowcases had mold on them. Windows were wet inside in the morning. As instructed, we always left the key in the lockbox right outside the front door -which, by the way, was an unlocked door to a hallway that led to our actual door that could never be unlocked from inside. So we always carried the spare key with us so one of us or our friends could get back in. Somehow another key that did not fit out unit appeared inside our unit. We tried it and it did not work on our door. We still question how that key got there. Nowhere to put luggage, much less, our clothes. Unless you count the floor. That is not a big deal to us, but might be to others. Not one clock in the entire place. On the positive side- beds were comfortable. We had enough towels and TP for us all. Keurig coffee machine was easy to use, and there was enough pods for us. Check out was easy. I think they were trying, just not hard enough. Suggestion to OWNERS: Pay attention to your rooms more. YOU, not your management team, not your cleaning people, YOU. Otherwise what used to be a quaint little get away will very quickly become a dump and you will have a mess on your hands.…

When I got there it was small but clean! The tv wouldn’t work, you have no one to talk to at the office, called the number on the instruction paper, was told it was probably out for everyone, I had to talk to the neighbor and it wasn’t true! They have 2 remotes with NO instructions on how to get them to work properly, the neighbors had issues too, they had no one to even send over!!! U have NO face to face interaction with anyone the whole stay!! The walls are PAPER thin, I could hear everything in the rooms on both sides of me!!! Very disappointed!! Left 1 day Early and called the number telling them I was disappointed and I was leaving early and wanted one night refunded and they said no we never do refunds!!!!

We came to Seaside, Oregon for a girls trip, and were not disappointed with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family cottage consisted of a queen size bed in a separate bedroom, jetted bathtub, pull out, sofa, bed, fireplace, and full-size kitchen. The facilities were clean and well-kept. The bed was super comfy! The only things we would’ve asked for differently would be more than one mirror (which was above the sink in the bathroom) and hangers. *** note: we know these are minimal requests, and not everyone feels the need for an extra mirror or hangers, but this was just our personal experience :-) Ps: what is the brand of bed in the bedroom? It was BEYOND comfortable!!

Regrettably, my stay at this inn fell significantly short of my expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with stained sheets, including a distressing poop stain, which was unacceptable. Despite requesting a different room, the alternative room I was given also had stained sheets and a bloodstain on one of the towels. It was evident that the housekeeping standards were subpar, leaving me deeply disappointed. Additionally, I encountered security and privacy concerns during my stay. The door in the second room lacked a deadbolt and did not fit the frame properly, resulting in a significant gap that compromised both security and privacy. The excessive light entering the room made it challenging to relax and feel secure during my stay. Also, highly concerning there was no one on the premises to provide any actual assistance and its extremely difficult to reach them. Furthermore, the level of customer service I experienced at the inn was disheartening. Despite addressing these issues with the staff, their response was unhelpful and lacked the level of professionalism and accountability one would expect. The lack of a satisfactory resolution only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction. I hope my review serves as a cautionary reminder for prospective guests considering a stay at Beachside inn. It is essential to choose accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, security, and responsive customer service. We stayed 3 nights here. It is reasonably priced, especially for its close proximity to the center of Seaside. It has a nice little kitchenette and comfortable beds. But there is nowhere to put your clothes. No dressers, drawers, or closets. There are two small drawers in the bedside tables and one hook on the back of the bathroom door. So expect to use your suitcase while there. Also, our bathroom fan, which came on automatically with the light, had a jarring screech to it. We told the maintenance guy that we saw the next day about it and he said he would check it out. We returned 2 hours later to find our door OPEN, no handyman in sight, and the fan still screeched. We might have said something at the front desk, but that is located 7 blocks away at a different property. Nothing seemed missing so we didn't bother, but it was disquieting.…

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It is so close to the Prom, without being crowded. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The contactless check in and out were smooth and easy. It is well decorated and was perfect for a cozy place to rest during your beach days! We are definitely going to come again.
