We stayed in this last weekened at thee condos for my step daughters basketball tournament. The condo we reserved was on the first floor and the condo my step daughters mother stayed in was on the 3rd floor. Both were nice however, her condo had updated kitchen appliances and no BBQ on the balcony. I prefered the condo we were in as it was steps away to the beach and we had a better furniture layout in the living room. It was nice for my step daughters and their brothers to play outside in the gated yard outside our room while us adults were able to visit. The rooms were clean and contained all the necessary items anyone would need. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a spot steps away from the beach, main attractions within walking distance and great price. The views are amazing and I plan to return

We've been to Seaside a few times and usually pick a hotel to stay in. Since we were planning a family trip this time around we thought a condo rental may have been the better way to go.
Seaside Beach Club #203 was, hands down, the BEST place I have ever stayed in Seaside. The room was huge, and felt a lot like a hotel suite. We were just a block or two away from all the attractions, had an amazing view of the beach, which was basically at our feet when we walked out the door, and everything in the room was just so cozy- felt like home away from home.
It was very family friendly and towards the end of our trip we were looking at dates to come back again over the summer.
Also it was an incredible value!!! I've spent much more on a hotel and didn't get anywhere near as much as we did at Seaside Beach Club!
Stay here, you won't regret it.

This is our second time staying at Seaside Beach Club. The complex is very quiet and easy to find. We stayed on the first floor this time as we wanted to be able to walk outside. The view is not as good as higher up but still beautiful. It is so relaxing to listen to the surf. You are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The evening walk along the promenade is so calming. Definitely a hidden gem. Can't wait to come back.

Room Tip: Chose first floor room if you want to sit outside on listen to the surf, higher up for better view.

Though I love the Seaside Beach Club and I've stayed in this unit before, this time I was struck by its shabbiness. There were smears of green paint on the wall that were poor attempts to do a touch-up, but they didn't match. The stains on the carpet were appalling. The view through the windows was marred by grime and spots.

Though the unit was as well stocked as all the others, it needs much work. I was told it is not currently owned by anyone, but I think the management could do more to make it a pleasant place to stay.

Do stay at SBC - DON'T stay if #404 is the only unit available.

I am writing this while looking at the beautiful night views from a horribly worn down, extremely uncomfortable couch.

Bed in master, murphy and pullout couch are all worn out and uncomfortable as well.

Power went out today, I called the office but no answer. I left a message and nobody bothered to call me back.

Microwave is possessed, as it comes on by its self, and smelles like an electric fire. I called to let them know and to find out where they hide the breaker box to turn the thing off before it burt up (as I'm sure we would be held liable for damage).

We have stayed at the facility 3 times and never had an issue; but, this is the first time in this condo. We were told it was the best in the building. I seriously hope they were joking.

The best part of this condo is the view. Will not return.

Condo was a bait n switch. Not like pictures. Pictures said there was a fireplace which was one of my must haves since we were going in March. No fireplace. Furniture was from a thrift store and broken. Condo advertised could sleep 6 but could not as the broken down filthy hide a bed blew springs as I took it out of the sofa and would not hold a child. Could not sit on couch it was broken. Owners should be embarrassed that they charge $200/night and can’t use half of the Furniture. The condo is completely outdated but would be acceptable given the current rental rates if they at least bought some decent furniture for guests to sit and sleep on. Shame on the rental agency for allowing people to rent this and have not enough places to sleep for the guests they advertised

Very general review here, not on a specific room. This condo/hotel is, in our opinion, the best one in Seaside. It is right on the Promenade, a block from the main street and most tourist attractions - best of all, right on the beach. Each room is independently owned and furnished by that owner. You feel at home in the rooms. Not "bland" nice and not bad either, just middle of the road, just like home. Each room has it's own balcony looking right out at the ocean. The price is right and management works with you on anything and everything. Not five star rating mainly because 1) something always seems to be unavailable due to being worked on. We've never even seen the spa because it is always down. 2) The parking area is very small and tight, hard to get in and out if you have a larger vehicle.

This is my first review but not my first stay here at seaside. I have stayed many places on the waterfront but I love the Beach Club Condos the best. the rooms have well stocked kitchens. We recently stayed in 207. 2 fantastic tv's, bluray player, fireplace heater. room opens up to the views of the promenade and beach. couple minute walk to the "main drag" very quite and perfect for families or couples.

My family has started a tradition of congregating in Seaside every September and renting condos at the Seaside Beach Club and I just got back from my 4th year in a row. Over thie time I've had the opportunity to see many of the 1 bedroom, 2 bath condos (they are all the same size) and while some are better than others, they are all good. These are individually owned so the interiors are different although quite similar because of the floor plan. The differences are wall decorations, carpet, couches, tables, chairs and how long since they've been refreshed. Some have had minor bathroom & kitchen remodels but the original units are also in relatively good condition. SBC is a four story beachfront building with some underground parking reserved for owners. Onsite guest parking is limited with most spaces too small for a full sized crew cab short bed pickup (which is what I drive). There are stairs on either end of the building or you can take the elevator which requires a room key to use. There are two luggage racks for hauling to/from the condo. Each condo has a Murphy bed along with a queen or king in the bedroom. Most condos have large sofas so another person can sleep on this as well. Each condo has a deck the width of the unit except for the ground floor that have a small patio with direct access to the lawn in front of the building. Every unit has a 180 degree view of the beach, surf and ocean. The boardwalk is directly in front of the property and Broadway (the main drag that terminates at the boardwalk with a turnaround) is two blocks north. The staff is courteous and there is a daily refresh on the bathroom & kitchen towels. The building itself is pretty non-descript but it puts you right on the beach and close to everything in the heart of Seaside.

The Seaside Beach Club is a small condominium complex that overlooks the Promenade, a boardwalk that parallels the expansive beach in Seaside, Oregon. All the rooms have ocean views and are individually owned, however they do have an office on site and central reservations. The rooms have a separate bedroom and bath along with another full bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. Because in the living area there is a sofa bed and Murphy bed they sleep six but that would be pretty tight, at least for us. Our favorite unit is 408 because it is on the top floor corner with the most expansive view, which we enjoy while inside or outside on the deck.
