When we booked our stay, we really didn't know the history of the house or original owner. We also stayed there just a few days before the state started shutting everything down due to Covid-19. It was a wonderful big home. Tabitha was working the front desk most of the time we were there and she was superb. We rode their bicycles around town one day, bought a bottle of wine and sat around the fireplace two of the nights we were their enjoying the view, the fire and other couples. The breakfast was very good with a fresh cooked hot dish each morning as well. Once the world gets back to normal, it will always be on our list when we head back to Seaside.
Beautiful, elegant building and furnishings. Very welcoming staff. Definitely plan on staying here again. Very close to the ocean and shops but also not located too close to where it is noisy outside the window.
My teenage daughter and I stayed here after we found an awesome deal online! She wanted something that would be like a Gilmore girls Inn experience! Rooms were beautiful! The Inn was beautiful decorated and breakfast waa great! Staff and managee were so friendly!
A chance to go back in history. We stayed in the turret/bay room and believe it's the best room of the house. The beds were so high that they had steps to help you up. Steps away from the ocean and the main street of town.
The good: Place us very cute. Location is amazing. Price is pretty good. Place seemed very clean. Improvements: not CPAP friendly. Only grounded outlets were in the bathroom. Bring an adapter if you need one to sleep; great soaking tub, but it wouldn't hold water; while room was cute, quite small. Overall great place.
