The park is located in what could best be described as a sketchy area of Salem. And, while, that is not their problem, it begs the question, why have an RV park here? This park primarily contains permanent residents (again, for what reason?) As others have alluded to there are two sets of rules, one for the daily residents and... More

We were impressed in the cleanliness of this park. It was well taken care of and the spaces were flat and wide. However, it was simply in a bad part of town. We got to listen to the police chase someone down and arrest them on the other side of the fence late one night. Listened to a woman screaming... More

Excellent park. Very clean and staff is friendly. Did not use the exercise room or laundry but they looked very nice. Nice cement pads with grassy area. Also have a nice dog area. We will come back again. Highly recommend this park.

We've stayed here many times over the past 5 years but only when nothing else is available in the area. The park itself is nice and clean. Being next to the Safeway can be kind of loud in the mornings though so book toward the rear if possible. My complaint is the staff. The owner is a snob and very... More

The park is 100% good however the big negative is that it backs onto a Safeway store which although great for shopping has trucks loading/unloading during the early morning (4:00AM) with their engines running. We were there for 2 weeks and never had a good nights sleep. No pool etc. however the wifi was excellent as were the staff. Solve... More

RVers beware, especially Californians !!! The extreme list of rules and regulations only seems to apply to Californians, we didn't even get our hook-ups out and a attendant in a golf cart pulls up and is telling us our dog pens can't be on the grass, failed to mention we could have them on the cement as we're putting them... Not a large park but very well kept with large, flat pads. Even located behind a Safeway store, it is amazingly quiet most of the time - I expected worse - and the traffic noise from the main street, Lancaster, was pretty much "white noise" and not an issue. Meeting room is spacious and clean with ample furnishings and a... More

We would highly recommend this park. The managers are friendly and show obvious pride in their park. It's just nick. Close to all amenities. Our next trip thru we are planning at least 2 or 3 days to spend some time in this beautiful city and explore the many bike routes avail. Full tv and cable. Price a little more... More

This park is very clean, easy access from the I5, right behind Safeway. The staff are very nice and they support the military. If you are traveling through and need a place to stay I recommend this park. They have pull through and back up and 30/50 hrz for power.

We actually stayed 2 nights. Great decision as we needed a break from the road, needed showers & laundry. Safeway next door for easy groceries (some fast food within walking too) again, many long term RVers here. Showers clean and roomy, laundry clean & efficient. They have a workout room....not utilized by us....affordable. Met some friendly folks while doing laundry.... More
