#1 of 8 hotels in Rockaway Beach
We invite you to come enjoy our clean, non-smoking, pet friendly units. Each has a full kitchen, flooring that is easy care (ceramic tile and laminate style) updated decor, flat screen TVs and newer appliances. We are located one short block from beach access, at the north end of Rockaway Beach. Outside, there are gas BBQs and a crab cooker available to help you enjoy the bounty from the sea. This area offers seven miles of sandy beach, stretching between Nehalem Bay and Tillamook Bay and Sea Haven is right in the middle - halfway between both bays. There is so much to enjoy - beach combing, hiking, crabbing, clamming, fishing, shopping, and of course, eating! Next door to our motel we have "Sea Haven's Guest House", a six bedroom home that can be reserved by small groups for reunions, sport or cycling groups, business retreats, etc. Whole house rental (for the main floor with five bedrooms) starts at $125 (mid week, winter), with a varying price structure for length of stay, season changes and adding the sixth bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own TV with DVD player. The majority of bedrooms also have a queen bed, small desk and closet (one bedroom has a full bed) and the upstairs bedroom is great for a small group - with two sets of twin bunk beds and a queen size bed.

Sweet classic motel right off Scenic Hwy 101 with super clean rooms and friendly owner. The motel had cute fresh greenery & floral arrangements outside each door which gave it a cheerful & welcoming holiday feel. Spotless room with all you could need in kitchen, with coffee, tea, snacks provided. Plenty of good-smelling towels and a our particular room had a bathtub, which was SO nice for a soak after chilly day. A+++ place!

Originally we chose Sea Haven because they allowed pets. Five year later, even without our beloved pet, we chose to go back on our trip celebrating our anniversary. We appreciated the very efficient use of space of our room, all at a good price. If you plan to do some cooking, heating of food, or just want a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave with pots, pans, dishes and glasses, you couldn't ask for a better set up, all very clean. The kitchen and counter top island layout made for a practical use of space. If you plan to cook crabs or do outdoor grilling, there is a picnic area with a table, boiling pot and a barbecue. The interior was pleasantly decorated in a seaside motif. The futon couch was great to sit and watch the World Series on the television. There was also a small tv in the bedroom with a comfortable bed. There's not a lot of floor space in the bedroom of our unit, but we took one of the stools from the storage above the bedroom and it was a perfect night table. The owners are very generous in the availability of towels (with a hamper in the bathroom!) Maureen, one of the owners, was there to make sure we were all set for the night. She greeted us warmly as you would old friends and even had fresh flowers and a congratulations sign for our 30th anniversary celebration! She was very helpful in recommending some of the attractions in the area. We highly recommend the Sea Haven Motel for a great place to stay in Rockaway Beach.

This little gem was very nice and it was priced right. It looked a little old but the room was very nice with a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and I would stay here again. If you are looking for a family place to stay this is it.

Don’t let the outside and location stop you from booking this place. It is right off 101 and the outside worried me a bit (Website pictures of exterior are quite outdated showing a much newer exterior) but interior is comfortable, clean and recently updated. We loved having a kitchenette. It was great for preparing our fresh seafood dinner. In addition to a well stocked kitchen, there was a toaster, coffee pot with coffee, creamers, snacks, and tea provided. Bed was comfortable as well. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

I cannot express how much I loved my stay at the Sea Haven! It's quiet and adorable, away from the main part of the the beach that has the louder, much more expensive condos. It was still super close to the beach, a two minute walk. I spent two nights there with my significant other, and it was a great place to spend a relaxing weekend. Each of the rooms has a little kitchen that had a full fridge, oven, etc. Super clean, and Moreen (the owner) has a bunch of advice about the best local places to eat, the lesser-known local spots that are amazing to visit. It is smaller than the mainstream hotels nearby, and well-worth every moment. Thank you, Sea Haven!
