On a fun trip to pick up a new pup, I decided to stay at the Westin. Valet parking right on top of it, front desk polite and professional, nice room with a nice view and a great shower and bath. Tough to beat for the money.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. Its easily accessible from the city train from the airport. Guest services was knowledgeable about the area. I had a very nice room but was more than impressed by the bathroom. It was very nice and spacious, and well sorted. There was plenty of place to charge my devices and the...

Enjoyed staying here. The staff was very friendly and the room was great. There is a nice restaurant downstairs in the lobby. But you are also very close to many other restaurants in the downtown area. Also close to a very cool block that is full of food trucks with all types of food. I'll stay here again

For the most part this Westin stacks up well against other Westins. The parts that I liked best were being in the heart of downtown Portland and the views from our top floor room. The staff was very friendly, the hotel smelled really good, and everything is very clean. The only real downside is the fitness room is very small...

Stayed here for two nights on a quick business trip and it was perfect. Convenient location, solid restaurant (only had breakfast), stellar service -- and nice little touches like a selection of newspapers each morning and a roll-on vial of lavender oil to help you dream at night.

First time in Portland, and as a SPG member was looking for a Starwood hotel downtown. I couldn’t decide between The Nines and Westin. I flipped a coin and chose the Westin, based on the décor from the website. As expected, the hotel had a nice, tasteful, contemporary décor that resembled the website photos. The location is excellent, in the...

Very nice hotel. Staff particularly welcoming and helpful- even offering to go to a pharmacy for medication for my wife. Good location and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and will use it again when visiting Portland.

The hotel is small but very nice. The rooms are on the small side, also the bathroom, but very clean and adequate, especially for business people who do not plan to spend a great deal of time in their room. The is a very nice restaurant downstairs, also a nice bar, Very convenient location. Going back in two weeks.

Location is fantastic. Close to Jake's, food trucks, Portland Cultural center. Really easy to access from the airport using the MAX line ($2.50 for an all day pass unless you are an honored citizen....$7.50 for 5 days, unlimited access on all transport lines. I love Westin; however. the Portland Westin didn't provide the service which I have been accustomed. We...

“I usually have an upper room ending in 04 and have become familiar with the view, but I'm sure all the rooms are wonderful. As to the certification below, I should say that my son worked here that first night and a few years thereafter, but he has moved on to other careers since, but I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Portland.”
