Husband and I stayed here for three nights, and were very happy with our room: a king-sized double (19th floor). Very clean, well-kept, neither too hot nor too cold. Somewhat sluggish internet connection. Try the waffles with berries for breakfast!

Had a couples weekend in Portland and stayed here for one night. We arrived early and were happy that our room was ready and we were able to get a room with a king bed (I had not specified this in our reservation ahead of time oops!). The staff was courteous, the bar was fun, and the location was perfect-...

Was at this hotel for 6 nights on business and had the absolute best experience. It's in the perfect location. Is easy to get to from the airport on the train. It's in central downtown and close to fun restaurants and attractions. VooDoo, food trucks and no taxes are just a few reasons to love this city!

Let me first start off by saying that the hotel itself was great. It's very clean, the food was good, and valet was pretty quick. I did have a bad experience though and I felt the need to warn people. I was at this hotel on business. My company will pay for valet and the room. Everything else, is on...

Michael, Please allow me to apologize for the error you experienced. We are deeply sorry this happened. When the front desk agent ran your card, they inadvertently sent out authorization for your room & tax as well. This then was a training opportunity for us to make certain that it doesn't happen again, but that doesn't take away from the...

This hotel has two towers--one is 60+ years old and the other one is about 10 years old. I stayed in the older one. My room on the 21st floor had a fantastic city view, but the bathroom is pretty small, with hardly any counter space. Other than that it was very comfy and clean. The concierge, Brenda, made me...

Hi Lynn, I'm so glad we were able to make your stay a comfy and enjoyable one, and we definitely appreciate your feedback. We are working on solutions to improve the space and function of the bathrooms in the main building and hope to get that in place towards the end of the year. Also, it is great to hear...

On a business trip for one night and booked at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower. This property could use a little renovation. My room was in the Executive Tower which may have been the reason why. I had requested a room away from the elevator and so was surprised my room was right across from the elevators. Since it...

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago for a conference, like last year and some of the problems we encountered last time were fixed. The security at the room where we stored out luggage was better; no one in my group reported problems with things being moved, I didn't hear of anyone complaining of late room keys or dirty...

Thank you for your review and the constructive comments you have made. Allow me to first apologize for the housekeeping mix-up you experienced upon arrival, and to also clarify about our recycling efforts. In Portland for a conference in the same hotel - always a good idea - and came away impressed. The location is excellent - right near Pioneer Square and the associated shops and restaurants. The consensus of the other reviews of this hotel centers on its great location, a block from Pioneer Square (and public transportation) in the downtown area, and the generally smaller size rooms (the bathroom was a little smaller than one normally finds at equivalent hotels). I agree with those observations. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I got daily breakfast...
