Stayed one night on our way to the Oregon Ducks game. Really nice staff, easy check in, great location... Pool for the kids was nice after a long drive. Very convenient location with Starbucks a minute way. Would stay here again. Sign up for Hilton rewards to get free wifi.

Our family just returned from a 5 night stay at the Hilton Portland. We upgraded to the Executive Tower building (there are a few buildings in this Hilton complex) for $25 more a night since we wanted a larger, newer hotel room. Our room was on the 15th floor with lovely views of downtown Portland. The room was spacious, clean,...

Nice downtown hotel; typical of downtown Hilton. Good restaurant on-site. VERY dog friendly. Great lobby. Convenient to public transport, restaurants and downtown shopping. Friendly staff. Clean but small rooms. Two elevators of 4 were out of commission during our stay. Stuff happens. Still, the wait for the remaining 2 was not very long.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. Great place in the room for those who need to work at the hotel. The breakfast and meals in the hotel restaurants are very good. and the localization is very good too.

Great location. Comfortable, clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Their parking is expensive so we used the garage next door. It is unfortunate that higher priced hotels don't give you anything for free--everything is an extra charge, including wifi. Wish we had a chance to use the pool! Don't really recommend the restaurant...small menu and somewhat overpriced. But all in all...

I don't understand the poor review. The hotel was very busy, but staff were always willing to help you. I forgot toothpaste and they gave me a small tube. WiFi is a little slow, and elevators can be crowded. There were 3 conferences going on while I was there. It was great to have a UPS store right in the...

Had a great stay. I'm baffled by the poor reviews. The two tower situation is a little confusing. Gym at the main tower is great. Avoid the one at the executive tower (it's bare bones). My one issue was the breakfast coupons. What would normally be a free breakfast as a Hilton Diamond member ended up being a few dollars....

Location, cleanliness, and food ticked all the boxes, the rooms are of a good size, easy to work in, shopping and restaurants were close by, and importantly the staff were accommodating and welcoming. One small issues is that the sports centre is across the street, aside from that id recommend this location.

This was a lovely stay in a Hilton hotel. The staff, like the rest of Portland, were very friendly and helpful - they are likeable people.
