The room was uncomfortably small for the price. No mini fridge which was surprising. The air conditioning unit was inadequate given the warm weather. OK a positive note the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback - it is truly how we learn and grow. Due to the historical nature of the property, the rooms are on the smaller side, but we are in the beginning stages of a renovation that will help to maximize the available space and give the rooms better function -... Nice, clean, friendly staff. Convenient location, great restaurant, walking distance to food trucks. Great for families, business travelers or anyone. Be aware there are two buildings from which they could place you. One is better.

We stayed here on a Saturday night as we were going to musicfest the hotel was nice we stayed in 1857 the building with the gym. Very decent views room service was quick. Great view of downtown! The only complaint we had was when we pulled the sheet cover off the comforter we found dried blood stains. Great location and... More

Location, Hotel services, Cleanliness, Comfort, were top notch. AC noise was very low. Room was quiet at night. We stayed in #624, lower level, but got good city view. Parking fee $43 while many Public parking garages in the next block just $16. I hope hotel could lower this fee...to make the stay more convenient. Water bottle cost $3 was... More

We decided to stay at this Hilton because my husband had stayed there less than 2 years ago and he was happy to stay there again because of the pool. But be warned! They have converted the pool into conference rooms. There are 2 Hiltons in Portland kitty corner from each other, so if you want to use the pool,... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hilton. The staff was very helpful on dining suggestions and advise on walking directions. I would definitely stay here my next visit to Portland. The accommodations were excellent.

The hotel served its purpose. Not outstanding, not bad. Small bathroom. We stayed in tower. Separate building than the main hotel. Parking sucks. Either $45/day valet or $30/self park garage in the tower. Not clear for the parking when booking. Great location in Portland. Nice view from 19th floor.

For being a busy weekend, the hotel is very quiet. Great city views from the rooms. Location is centrally located in downtown Portland. I was able to walk to all the tourist attractions in 15 minutes or less. It is close to the main square that has plenty of shopping and restaurants (almost everything is in walking distance). You can... More

Excellent location to explore downtown. A stay in the Executive Tower (not main building) means you have a quick elevator ride to the spacious workout room and great pool. Self parking seemed pricey at $30 per night, but the unlimited in and out as well as the proximity to our room made it very worth while. The double bed room... More

The location could not be much better if you want to explore Downtown Portland. We found it super convenient. The lobby is comfortable and very nice looking. They have a nice "market' with coffee bar to grab and go breakfast and snacks. Well stocked with popular items and many items native to Portland. We also dined in their restaurant for... More

Thank you for your review, and for the thoughtful feedback you provided.
