Stayed at this property in November while on business travel. The location is downtown Portland and just a short walking distance to many of the local attractions and over a dozen restaurants. The executive tower is across the street/corner from the other Hilton property and did not have on-site dinning. However, room service is available. The hotel was actively under...

I had a small problem in my room with the sink draining and was going to call in the morning. I hadn't called yet and when I came back in my room for a quick break they were already fixing it. The housekeeping staff had notified engineering when they noticed the small problem without me asking anyone. Very good service...

The workout room was under construction the 1st night. So I went across the street to the sister hotel. The executive tower and got a key to workout on the 11th floor. Neither elliptical or bike worked. The resistance couldn't be adjusted. They could be ridden but with very little resistance. There was only a drinking fountain for water. I...

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my 1 night stay. It was quite uneventful. There were no issues and similarly I did not feel that any of the staff went out of their way or above and beyond. The staff was all very friendly - definitely welcoming. It is well located, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I find the valet...

I can't remember ever having such tasty food at a conference as what was served at the Hilton. It was the highlight of the stay. Overall, the hotel is what you'd expect from the Hilton brand, although the rooms were smaller than most and had no space for cosmetics on the counter. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. It...

The location is fantastic. The staff was very helpful and were obviously committed to their jobs. The amenities and various areas of the hotel were excellent. The food and bar was also very good. A very pleasant stay.

We are Diamonds so were upgraded to the Executive Tower even though we were staying as part of the Portland Singing Christmas Tree at a very discounted rate. Sure the bed was King Size and perfect, the TV with an interactive guide was grand, the refrigerator very handy, and the room (1453) spacious and the breakfast at the restaurant was...

Laura at the front desk was superb. She got us checked in quickly and answered all of our questions. She was very kind and informative. Would recommend this place to anyone based on customer service alone.

Have never been to portland, and the front desk was super helful. Gave me a map showed me where to go. Showed me how to use the public transportation. Didn't have to drive anywhere everything was so close. Everyone was so friendly. From the front door service to the vellman, to the room service. Everything was perfect. Will stay here...

I originally chose this hotel because of its fantastic location and its awesome pricing. Many other hotels in the downtown Portland area cost more than double or even triple what the Hilton costs. Kid-friendly. We were on the 19th floor, had no trouble getting cribs for the toddlers, and everyone was friendly and helpful with them. I felt the value...
