Spent one night here upon arrival in Portland. Very convenient to the airport, reasonably priced, and clean. The beds were comfortable, but needed a few extra pillows. Good sized fridge in the room was a nice bonus. The only negative was being on the second floor with people moving above us, we could constantly hear the floor creaking.

Normally I don't do economy hotels but this place turned out to be a gem. Great price, outstanding location, clean, very good staff and was an exceptional value. The guests ran from working stiffs to fancy guests who were visiting relatives in a nearby hospital. This seemed to be common at this place. I tweaked my back one day and... More

Right across the street from the bus station and light rail. The best part being the light rail can go straight to and from the airport. Just a few bus stops from multiple great breweries. The rooms were pretty good for the price.

The only reason I can see for staying at this motel is the price. Booked two non-smoking rooms, both smelled of smoke, one so badly that we asked to be moved. How the cleaning staff could not have picked this up is beyond me. The continental breakfast was quite good and was the saving grace for this motel.

This is a very inexpensive place to stay that is not far from the convenient public transportation/metro rail to the Oregon Convention Center. Quiet, safe, and clean. Free wifi, and continental breakfast in the lobby was nice too. I was able to check in an hour early when I arrived. It was a convenient walk to the public transportation directly... More

The lady who checked us in was great. Her name was Kim. The manager, Cindy New, however, was rude and more worried about getting every one out early than she was about the happiness of the guest. She spent five minutes complaining to me about this. She started this complaining at about nine a.m. which is ridiculous. If she wants... More

This was by far the cheapest hotel we could find but it is obvious why. We had to ask for a new room after walking into the first room we were given as it stunk of cigarette smoke even though it was a "non smoking" room. The second room did not stink but was still old and run down. The... More

Dear Mr. Rob Lake, I would like to sincerely apologize for the issues that you had during your stay but I am glad that you were immediately moved to a satisfactory room that did not smell of smoke. Unfortunately, some guests do not follow the rules and it is out of our control but our housekeepers have been trained to... More

I am writing a follow up review regarding the way this hotel manager has lied to me numerous times regarding refunding my money for services that were never delivered. Repeatedly Cindy (manager) has told me she would refund me for the money they took from me illegally. Let me explain: I asked for a hotel room on the main floor... More

Hello Mr. Ed Foisy, I have attempted to contact you multiple times via phone and you have written me several emails threatening to post reviews online when you have showed up to our hotel belligerently drunk and using profanities towards our front desk staff. This is not professional and we do not appreciate this type of behavior. WE HAVE OFFERED... More

I was really knocked out at the quality of the room. It was a good-sized unit with contemporary colors and decor and seemed to be recently remodeled. Even with a king-size bed there was plenty of room to move around and there were plenty of lights to brighten the place. Facilities included a hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and... The room was filthy. The bed sheets had spots and hair on them, even if the bed looked like fresh made, once we opened it up it was clearly not. Moreover the fridge was greasy. So, we asked for a refund, exactly 20 minutes after checking in, BUT the desk lady replied that they apply a no refund policy. We... More

Dear Mr. Kalvin Kjellsen, I distinctly remember you and your wife as guests. We receive many compliments on the cleanliness of our rooms so I'm very shocked upon reading your review.
