This Boutique hotel has been a pleasure to stay at. I'm traveling for business and usually stay at a Marriott chain. This time the company put me up at the Lucia. The staff and management have been nothing short of excellent. Super clean and "Covid" conscious. This will definitely be my home when I travel back to Portland in the future. ALSO, the rooms are well appointed and stylish. Thank you Matt, Quintin, Henry, and Brandon.

My family and I were evacuating from the September fires. The Motel 6 in Gresham sold our room out from under us and then lied about it. But Hotel Lucia saved us. Gave us a discount for being evacuees and set us up with a great room. Helpful, friendly staff and excellent service. Bless this place and its employees.

Hi Aaron, Thanks so much for taking the time to review our team. It was absolutely an honor to be able to extend our friends and family rate to our community when help was needed. It feels amazing that our small contribution during those dire times was noticed. Please come visit some time under more relaxing circumstancs. We'll be happy to host you again!

My girlfriend and I have stayed at about a dozen hotels in PDX and tried Hotel Lucia for the first time this last weekend and instantly fell in love. From the laid-back, hip decor to the warm greeting from Matthew and Henry at the front desk, we were instantly put at ease. Henry upgraded our room without our asking and welcomed us to come back down that evening for drinks and a drop-in movie. Our room was spacious and inviting and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. In the morning the hotel’s general manager Daryn messaged me asking about our stay and when I asked for a late check-out happily accommodated us. Overall we were thrilled with Hotel Lucia and will be making it a staple of ours whenever we’re staying in downtown PDX going forward.

Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. Helped us identify parking close by. They upgraded us to a bigger room for free. We felt very safe with the COVID precautions. Loved the LGBT pride flag on the outside, as two LGBTQ people traveling these are great signs of safe places for us. Would definitely stay again! A heads up the third party app we used to pay, said there were no additional fees but to the hotel's credit they did have the amenity fees on their site. They waived them for us but just for others to be aware that this party sites may not include this.

We loved this hotel! Didn't shy away at the fact we had 4 large dogs and Brandon the bellhop was more than helpful with bringing us extra pet amenities! The rooms were a good size for an old building and the bathrooms were great! Would definitely stay in this hotel again!
