The true measure of a business, is when you can do a great job under difficult circumstances. With flight cancelations, and road closures, your staff helped us keep accommodations, and your restaurant staff remained cheerful and professional, with lines of guests waiting for tables. My husband found a bug on his pillow and received several bites. Photos were sent to management as proof. Response was inadequate. We were customers for many years. Never again. There are many other places to stay in the area.

The hotel was one we have utilized in the past. Sarah was our airport pick up support, as well as our check in official. Sarah was wonderful. We also enjoyed a meal at the Lakeside Restaurant. All of the staff was so supportive and kind to these geriatric travelers.

Best service at a hotel I’ve had in years. The perfect Park & Fly option. The entire staff was friendly, helpful & professional. Excellent breakfast buffet option - only $10 if you stay there. Best bacon!! Rooms were clean, it was quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The Radisson Hotel at PDX is our go to place when we travel. We live in The Columbia Gorge and when we fly out of PDX, we stay here ALWAYS. The staff is remarkably customer focused, rooms very clean and maintained and Lakeside Restaurant has great food and bar. The location is tucked away in a less traveled location and feels very comfy and safe. Highly recommend!

The hotel overall is fairly nice. The restaurants food is decent and not overpriced for a hotel. Breakfast has good options but is not free unless you want a small snack very early in the morning. The hotel is dark but priced well and the duck pond in the back is cute. only a few minutes to uber to the Cascade shopping area but not a ton to do there. Staff is kind and helpful.

Great place to stay close to airport. Everyone was very helpful & accommodating. We stayed both ends of a trip, left our car in a secured lot, the rooms are clean & comfortable with an on-site restaurant for eat-in, room service or take-out. Have stayed many times & will always again. I can’t think of anything negative to say about this accommodation.
