The true measure of a business, is when you can do a great job under difficult circumstances. With flight cancelations, and road closures, your staff helped us keep accommodations, and your restaurant staff remained cheerful and professional, with lines of guests waiting for tables. You can count on Radisson PDX, even in tough times.

This is always our hotel of choice when headed to Portland. The people are very friendly and accommodating and the room is always just right! The beds are so comfortable and there is very little noise, minus the few flights that are taking off, but it's an airport hotel so you should expect to hear that!
The check-in process is quick, efficient and they take extra care with the Covid-19 protocol in sanitizing all of the common areas and the rooms as well.
Since dining options in the area are in a holding pattern, the rooms have both a microwave and refrigerator. The restaurant is not open for dining but they do have take out and room service available.
Highly recommend this property for a quick getaway and it is always my go to when we are flying out and need a place to stay and leave our car. Radisson never disappoints!

Great location, airport shuttle on time, very nice large room, quiet location, box fans available if you like white noise to sleep. Front desk cookies are excellent. Wine and cheese in afternoon. Restaurant in hotel is so convenient. Food and service is good, low to moderate prices.
At the end of the day, its about the staff. They take such good care of everyone. Shout out to Cora, Dylan the human GPS, and Olivia. They made it easy and welcoming.
Avoid the french fries.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Portland for the weekend to celebrate his birthday, our anniversary and the birth of our first son. We opted for the Radisson since it seemed like a fair price in a pretty central location. While the location is good and the hotel seemed clean, there were a lot of unnecessary issues along the way. I understand the concerns of COVID, but I don’t understand why a second set of towels for the 2nd guest (which we registered for) must be given in a plastic bag at the front desk. When we checked in, we also were NOT told that they were not offering room service of any kind, this includes changing the bed linens and emptying trash while we were out. (They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for fresh linens the next morning.) We arrived in the room the first evening and turned on the AC unit in the wall. It read “FO.” We weren’t sure what this meant, but turned it on, left our luggage and went to dinner. Our room was HOT when we got back and realized that the FO was an error. When alerting the front desk their response was, “Well, we’re all sold out but you can open your window.” They offered no other solution. This is during all the fires and the air quality there was the worst in the nation. We opted to sleep hot. The next morning I asked the AC unit get fixed and the gentleman at the counter was much more helpful. He offered us 2 breakfast buffets, but we didn’t use them as we opted to sleep in. (As new parents, sleep is better than food.) The bed linens are nice, but the bed itself is hard as a rock.
When we asked the front desk for a good recommendation for a romantic dinner downtown that night, both the ladies behind the desk were less than helpful. The response was “I dunno” and just kept moving along with talking to each other, not so much as a hint. It wasn’t until a girl came from the back who gave us any sort of ideas. We ended up just googling it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the front desk employees were so unknowledgeable and unwilling to be helpful - Definitely disappointed. They weren’t innately rude, but definitely bare-minimum kind of service. (Decibels not 3.5 star service.) I’m just overall disappointed, our room had a view of the roof and the satellite dishes, we couldn’t get basic cleaning during our stay and the service (aside from the one helpful gentleman in the morning) was meh. I’m more than understanding that rules change during these uncertain times, but severe lack of communication beforehand of the expectations once we’d arrived. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying again, COVID or not.

Customer service is great, rooms are clean, beds are so comfortable that I always look forward to staying here. I really can't say anything negative about this hotel. I generally utilize the park and fly service, their parking lot is fenced, and I feel really good about leaving my vehicle with them.

I loved staying here! The area feels safe and peaceful. We got a basic King room, and they have a ton of extra amenities that make the experience great! There is a free washer/dryer to use, you just have to buy the detergent. You can also get ear plugs and a box fan for noise control at the front desk. I love that there is a little store by the front desk. Very kind workers as well! The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and generous with their time. There is not any complimentary breakfast, which was fine for us but may be off-putting to some. Only a 10 minute drive to PDX!

Check in was okay - the front desk staff were not rude, although not particularly friendly either : (
We appreciated the following amenities at the front desk: hot coffee/latte/tea machine, newspaper.
But we were disappointed w/ the following amenities at the front desk: no cookies at check-in (maybe they're first come first serve?).
I got a fantastic rate for a nice room for my husband and me.
Lots of space, nice large bed with great pillows, and good, practical furniture for lounging and for work (couch, coffee table, big chair + ottoman, desk + chair, "bench" for 1 suitcase).
We appreciated the following amenities in the room: coffee/tea supplies, 2 bottles of water, fridge, free wifi.
This hotel was close to the airport yet we were not bothered by any noise.
Friendly front desk staff and cookies (since complimentary cookies are "advertised") would have made this a 5 star hotel for me!

We stay here as during the pandemic it was the only airport hotel supporting transfers for early AM PDX departures and they are Pet friendly ($25 extra cleaning fee). Plus there was ample parking available. Airport buses run every 30-minutes. We also enjoyed the Lakeside dining room for dinner. Had a full bar and the food was very good. Stayed in a King Suite with our dog, so plenty of room for all of us.

Has free shuttle to airport. Otherwise has free parking and is about 7 min drive to PDX. Rooms are large and spacious. Clean. Fridge and microwave. Front desk check in was quick and easy with plexi-glass barriers and social distancing markers. Some noise from airplanes and the train but free earplugs in room. Also wall air conditioner made some noise. Overall, a good convenient stay.

I was picking up my daughter at the Airport early so I stayed the night before here. The location to the airport was great and the area was convenient to the freeway also. The check in was easy and our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The TV remote was sealed in a plastic bag also. We had a room overlooking the lake with the ducks swimming around in it. The AC worked good and the room was a good size with a King Bed. It felt safe as they only let people in through the front lobby and kept the other doors locked. I will stay here again and would consider it even if I didn't need to use the airport.

At the time I was there it was not an issue. It has been several months since I have been there and I don't know. Your best bet is to call them and ask. I know this is not the definitive answer you were expecting but things change with Covid-19 so fast and so do the requirements. My best advice is to stay somewhere else. I did not like my experience at this hotel.
A few miles... enjoy your stay. I did!
