If you are expecting luxury or anything close a city stay - this hotel in this city is not the place to stay. We book the Hilton and when we went to check in there was a notice directing guests to the Duniway. Transparency and honesty are valued when any guest is making a booking. Its not acceptable to take a booking without advising that the stay will take place at a boutique hotel

Dog friendly! We got upgraded to an Abigail Suite. Most likely due to the Diamond status thanks to our hilton aspire credit card. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great view of the city of our window. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We also were able to park across the street at the Hilton next door for $25 per night which was the best deal compared to other hotels around. We were able to walk our dog to six different parks in the area which made it very convenient. Also it was close to a bunch of great restaurants. I would give it a 100% walkability score. The extra touches and charm around the hotel made this a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend if you were thinking about staying downtown

Rooms in this hotel have poor noise insulation. We could hear the trains passing by all night which made it difficult to sleep. Also, rooms have poor ventilation. You will have a moist smell remaining in the room for a long time after a shower. There is no fan in the bathroom. On the positive side, room was clean. Staff were friendly and location is premium.

The hotel itself was nice and my room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are still closed. You have to make a reservation to use the gym. They have a neat outdoor area. The staff I talked with were all nice. The area around the hotel is super sketchy. So many businesses are still boarded up from all of the unrest Portland experiences on a regular basis. There are homeless people and druggies everywhere. Apparently, shooting up in public is okay in Portland. I witnessed it several times during my day. People passed out surrounded by needles is commonplace. It’s so sad what this city has become, it used to be one of my favorite business destinations. The hotel itself is good. The area not so much.

As a Hilton member I was astonished at how bad the stay was. To begin I was unable to use any of the amenities. I was told when checking in I would need to notify the front desk. On Sunday when I talked to male at the front desk he was extremely rude and had an attitude with me when I asked about accessing the pool. I did nothing to him and he just seemed upset at me and my wife. The hotel restaurant was closed which was a huge reason we stayed, we had contacted your team PREVIOUS to our stay and they insured it would be open by the time we went. I payed close to 700 dollars for a room and bed to sleep in and nothing more. Sad to say this was my worst experience with the team and stay. NO AMENITIES NO RESTAURANT RUDE EMPLOYEE HOMELESS EVEYWHERE
