Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is a dated but clean hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel could use some more parking spaces. The food prices in the hotel bar/ restaurant are too high. Great location for highways and shopping. Very convenient.
My wife & i needed to stay near the Airport for an early flight. Afternoon check-in was easy, room was very nice, morning wake up call came on time, shuttle to airport - scheduled at check-in - was on time with helpful driver.
Staff was nice. Easy check in and check out. Felt very safe there. Shuttle took us out to eat and to the airport and the drivers were super friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Horrible front desk customer service, physically dirty facility (carpets, hallways, sheets, etc.), understaffed/non-existent restaurant, no parking, no breakfast, no explanation...an all around NO GOOD experience!
This staff worked for 36 to 48 hours non stop during the storm of Feb 2023. Even though they were tired they did their best to make sure that I was taken care of! The shuttle service even got me safely to the airport on icy roads!
The hotel was located Fairly close to the airport and had shuttle service which was great for an early morning flight. The restaurant was fine and had a good selection of types of food. There seemed to be a lack of staff in the restaurant likely due to the snowy weather.
Really nice hotel. Staff very nice. I wish I could have stayed longer. When the parking lot got over full, I felt safe parking illegally because I had a permit. Anyone who didn't would be towed. I felt they had my best interests in mind.
We were very tired and sore after spending the previous 3 days in Las Vegas walking around and after enjoying some time in the hot tub, we got back to our room only to discover our room key wasn’t working. We went back downstairs twice assuming it was a problem with the key card. Security let us back into our room after confirming that it was the battery in the door lock causing the issue. We were unable to go in and out of the room the rest of the night due to the dead battery in the door lock. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
It's difficult to find parking at night. Rooms are clean and decent but the A/C rattled so loud in room 327 that we couldn't sleep even with earplugs in. The breakfast was sufficient. Airport noise will also wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Location was convenient and felt safe.
Pretty underwhelmed with this hotel. Room felt worn and was very small. Breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts we've ever seen. Coffee (decaf) was weak and full of grounds. Waffle batter was so thin that everyone's waffles were sticking to the waffle iron and inedible. Only egg choice was hard boiled. The biscuits and gravy looked awful. Just a very sad and depressing breakfast. We ended up eating somewhere else.
