This hotel used to be great untill the owners sold ot to an indian man. He is the RUDEST and most DISRESPECTFUL person I have ever come across. He does not go out of his way to make you feel welcome. He treats his guests as if they are a burden. Just avoid this hotel at all cost. Quite honestly the place should be shut down. The man does not know the meaning of hospitality. You will be treated better at a motel 6.
We have stayed at the Hospitality Inn several times. The service is consistently friendly and competent. It has been consistently clean, with a good shower, and nice towels. Beds are also good, there are microwaves and refrigerators in all rooms we have had. It is very quiet---no street noise or noise from hallway that we have ever experienced. The location is excellent...close to I-5, Barbur, and Capitol Hiway. Parking has always been adequate. We usually go out for breakfast as SW Portland has some great breakfast spots; however there is decent coffee, pre-packaged yogurt, and small bagels available, and you can make your own waffles. Plus with a fridge and microwave we bring our own eats as needed.
The evening clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and nice.Home baked cookies in the lobby was a nice evening treat. The breakfast was sufficient and had plenty to offer. We would stay there again and recommend this spot.
I'm not sure what the mattresses looked like and I was afraid to look but based on how the box springs looked they were more than likely gross. The second and last pictures are from the bed that my son that just had surgery was sleeping on. 🤢😡🤮🤬 The mattresses were hard and extremely uncomfortable. The floors were not clean, there was a pile of dirt and etc in the corner of the bathroom on the floor, the water pressure sucked! Their advertised contital breakfast wasn't contital at all in my opinion. I will not stay there again.
The hotel which is more a Inn was really nice and clean. Its not located in a very turist friendly area but for my purpose where I Need to stay closer to where my daughter lives so it catered for me well. Ample free parking. Staff very friendly specifically Joshua in the night shift. Breakfast was very basic but it let you start the day. Many restaurants nearby Mc Donald and Pizza just next door. Overall it was good.
