hi,i didn't know if the current owners knew this but an episode of a 1974 nbc tv show called "movin on" was filmed in/at this hotel.this place was once called the "coliseum motel"in 1974 an episode titled "grit" was filmed in room 21,in the parking lot and in the front office.there was once a walking tunnel behind the front office at the right side stairs.a scene was shot there also.you can view this episode on hulu for free anytime.go to hulu,type in "movin on" and look for the episode "grit"this show starred claude akins.the show lasted 2 seasons and was a top 20 hit on nbc in the mid seventees.the theme song "movin on" was sung by meryl haggard and was a number 1 country song in mid. 1975.
