Thank you for taking my comments seriously. However, regarding the part you have responded to as : "The toilet tissue we use in the hotel is standard & used for all guest rooms and public areas. " I wish I had taken photos of both the toilet papers in my hands, and the paper wrapping around the unopened toilet tissues to prove what I FELT, SAW, and READ was 2-PLY for the paper installed in the restroom near the Citizen Baker in the public area. PERHAPS (?), however, that was only true within the week we stayed there? At any rate, I know I was not imagining, nor my eyes, and skin deceiving me about the difference in quality of the toilet paper in our room and in that one bathroom, for a week, during which I did not wish to run up to our room in the 5th floor just to use the bathroom, and discovered the difference! Next time I will be sure to document my experience! :) [p.s. I was not the only person in our party who noticed this difference, in toilet paper quality, and feel, experience; nor, the problem with the gaping sliding door to the bathroom door inside our room...] These may be "minor" points, to many, but are of importance when it comes to details to many of us not wealthy enough to stay in luxury hotels, etc., but would like to have such little things matter. The staff were always very helpful and we appreciated everything they did DO to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Thank you all for that.

Sorry, but we didn't stay at the hotel Eastlund, we only had several wonderful meals in the rooftop restaurant there. We used the bathroom adjacent to the restaurant, but noticed nothing amiss.
