NEVER EVER staying here again. I try to only stay at Embassy Suites when I travel but not anymore. My daughter pulled the sofa out to sleep on the bed and there was dried blood on the sheets! When I called the front desk they didn’t seem very bothered about it. So I called the manager 2 days later and...

I stayed here for two nights. It was $199 a night and not worth it. Next time I'll stay at the Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. When I called to get a shuttle the phone just rang. I went to the information desk at the airport and they called for me and someone finally answered. The couch had a...

Stayed at this hotel for a night on business. It's very close and just outside the airport. There's inside courtyard that you can walk around or sit on comfortable seats. Social hour in the afternoon with complimentary beer or wine and some soup and snacks. Complimentary breakfast, fresh fruits and drinks are included and I couldn't ask for more. Rooms...

Hotel stay was nice. The evening reception was great, I attended with a group for a soccer tournament there was plenty of seating in the breakfast area, staff was attentive. Javier in the dining room was great. Rooms are a little outdated and need to be updated but that wouldn't prevent me from staying here again

Usually not my hilton property of choice this embassy suite hotel has been a pleasant surprise. Welcoming staff and enjoyed the evening reception hot soup , veggies and dip. Nice selection of tea and coffee pods made writting a report less of a chore. Will stay here again when in portland!

Have to give the staff @ Embassy Suites PDX Airport a 10! i'd give the actual hotel and room a 1. Total disaster thinking staying overnight before next mornings long flights would help. "Premium Suite" should have been taken out of service before our check in, due to several issues. Worst night sleep since repairs had to be done after...

If you have business in Portland the Embassy Suites is a great place to stay. There is a shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is conveniently located to both I 5 as well as 205. Staff is helpful and friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. They will even loan you an umbrella if you need one! Overall,...

Stayed for a conference being held at the hotel. Very happy from check in to check out. Used room service for dinner every night, and the food was always excellent, very quick, and extremely large portions. Loved that there was apples, oranges, bananas, water stations all over the hotel, so always a snack on hand. Breakfast omelette station always had...

The roof leaked, the toilet plugged up, had to change rooms twice. The double beds were hard to sleep on. Short necked faucets and slow draining tubs. The staff was the best but the hotel property needs maintenance.

My husband and I visited for one night on our way to Wash. DC. We had dinner in the restaurant. The roofed leaked and we ended up having to move twice. The food was much too expensive for the quality. I had halibut for $36 and had to ask for tartar sauce because it was so dry.
