Tracy and Kevin were wonderful hosts! Let you do your thing and then visited with us during breakfast! Breakfast was amazing, so good! Within walking distance of some restaurants. Our room was exactly as advertised!

Decided to fly to Pendleton overnight for anniversary and this place is way to cool, just blocks away from downtown, we walked down for lunch and supper, and the breakfast provided was beyond belief. They offered every comfort and amenity, stay here ! you will feel pampered.......

We found the place last minute and booked online. Pendleton was under a COVID 19 lockdown and no restaurants were open. We ordered togo food and Tracy made up the table, served our food to us on actual plates, poured wine into glasses, lit candles and put on a soundtrack of Julie London. The next days breakfast was spectacular. We couldn't have loved our experience anymore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pendleton house. Very clean and lovely rooms. We were served an outstanding breakfast and our host was very entertaining. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

Tracy and Kevin were wonderful hosts. The historic house is beautiful and our room was perfect. We felt very spoiled both mornings when we were served breakfast. We’ve never experienced anything like it before. Getting to know Tracy and Kevin was a bonus. We hope to see them again.
