My wife and I had a wonderful two-night stay in the Tortuga room at Turtlejane's. Oceanside seems like a well-kept secret because it's not just off of Highway 101. It's a tiny village with one restaurant, no gas station or convenience store, but this wonderful B&B. Turtlejane's offer great views of the Pacific, 24-hour a day sounds of the surf... More

We spent three days at Turtlejanes in the Tortuga room. Jane was away, but her husband Don treated us like Royalty. The location is nice, just up the hill from the public beach with a great ocean view. We had wine and cheese on the little veranda and watched the surf roll in. With the windows open at night you... Very clean. Great location. Magnificent view. Excellent food. Kudos to Don, getting it all done while Jane was away. Everything decorated in the turtle theme. Nothing overlooked. Anything you may need was already on hand. Didn't have to ask for anything. Definitely a go back location.

We just enjoyed our second visit to Turtle Jane's! This time we stayed in the Tortuga Room. Either room is a luxurious, cozy room with the most spectacular view! This is one of the main reasons we returned to Turtle Jane's less than 2 years later. The other equally important reason we returned is how much we enjoy Jane and... More

I returned for my annual trip to Oceanside and to stay at Jane and Don's Bed and Breakfast. I saw whales spouting and seals playing in the surf. I walked the beach and found agates. I love opening the windows and listening to the surf as I fall asleep. Jane's breakfast is Devine! I love her blueberry cornmeal pancakes and... More

Lovely room overlooking the ocean. We had to keep the windows closed due to rain for the 1 night we were there, but we could still hear the ocean which was very soothing. There was a lovely large bath in our room, a fantastic shower, and a heated floor! Turtles were everywhere & it was like a game to realize,... More

This was a last minute 2 night get away and our first time staying at a B&B. The experience exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Tortuga Room (with the patio and claw foot tub, but no shower). Jane greeted us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour. Separate entry as well as the main one, turtle motif... More

Turtlejanes is every one of the great things that have been said before, and so much more. If you want rhythmic waves to lull you sleep - after you've devoured your homemade cookie and/or one of at least five varieties of Tillamook ice cream, or warmed yourself with a mug of tea - and the best breakfast we've eaten anywhere... What a wonderful stay we had!! we stayed here 2 nights! The owners are very mindful and respectful and very kind. The view is most incredible; Falling asleep and waking up to the ocean waves. This bed and breakfast is walking distance to the coast. Completely worth the cost, very quiet and definitely a must go to again b&b! Most... More

Impeccably clean, top quality linens, spacious, home-made cookies upon arrival, private patio area with a full view of the ocean and the sunset, delicious breakfast with multiple choices all homemade, the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep, radiant floor heating in the bath, personable hosts and the list goes on. We've just returned from 16 days on the... More
