This is a nice, friendly, clean motel at a good price. The staff person was very friendly and welcoming. The room was old but clean. A flat screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator were included. Everything was tidy and well cared for. The wifi worked fine and the water pressure for the shower was awesome! There is a patio with a BBQ that the guests are allowed to use as well. The only downside is the bed is VERY soft. I didn't get much sleep because of it. But the rest of the qualities make this a motel worth using.

Clean, spacious room and quiet even on the main Highway. Very pet friendly and an adorable cat to keep you company. Walking distance to everything in the small-town. Also very affordable. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Old motels can be quaint and charming. However, when a motel has not been thoroughly cleaned and maintained, the charm is lost. This is one example. The carpet was badly stained, the baseboards had a build up of dirt and grime, the bedspreads were old, stained and beginning to tatter, some of the countertops had not been wiped down, the shower?, I don't know what to say about that. All of it inexcusable. The top of the Blue Wolf website, in large letters, specifically states "clean". The website, overall, is a misrepresentation of the property. My business keeps me on the road most of the year. I stay in many and varied motels/hotels. I know clean and well kept when I see it. As a self employed person I know the real value of integrity and reputation. I am baffled as to why the owners and/or operators of a business would not strive for excellance.

This place has become our yearly go to place when we want to spend time at the lake for a few days in late July. Management is really nice. They do what they can if they can and sometimes people next door are just idiots. No fault of management. The room is cozy and clean. The bed is very comfortable.Might be a little run down but that's no big deal when you consider the price they charge is really nice. Everything works well. Was just finishing getting checked in when we left to go out to lake and noticed a car directly across from us started to pull out and I noticed a cat drop out of the engine bay under the car when they left. I drove just across the street to rescue the gray cat and wrapped it in a t shirt then put it in the car to see if it was ok or had broken bones. Cat was just a little singed from engine and no broken bones. Yay! I called Candis at BlueWolf motel because we didn't really have a way to care for the cat and she came running across the street to see if she could help. Boy did she! After she helped me get the cat out from under the drivers seat of the car She called the community and found a person to take the cat and get it help and maybe find an owner. Wow! Those animal lovers! She literally saved the day and weekend for us and got the kitty some care. That really put a smile on our faces. We will be coming back to this place many times. You guys rock! Thank you and God Bless you both.

My daughter got a sliver in her foot walking barefoot on the carpet, there was an open safety pin between the bedspread and the blanket, and the sheets had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. We asked for our money back and found a place in Eugene (thanks to the help of the Best Western lady), because there wasn't room for us in town.
