The top bedroom is where it is at! So quiet and romantic, you can leave the patio door open all night and let the ocean lull you to sleep. The owners are incredibly friendly and generous yet respectful of personal time and space. The B&B is located just a block from Nye Beach and some wonderful boutiques and outstanding food.... More

The rooms are very fairly priced, the food was really good and from scratch, the owners nice although a little aloof. The staircase is amazing! I would get the top floor suite if you can; beautiful room and view. This is not a historic home, but lots of Victorian charm.

My husband and I went to Newport for a long weekend get away. We'd hoped to do some hiking, but do to the weather, that was not an option... Important note, it will rain. A lot. The town has lots of cool shops and great food! We tried many local options and were satisfied with them all. On to the... More

Wonderful, friendly hosts, very clean, great food! We always try to get the room on the top floor, as it has a private bath, (in fact whirlpool bath), and is larger. The wood flooring is stunning. We come every year around my husband's birthday.

I want to personally thank you Eileen and Terry for a wonderful 2nd stay. I had to take the opportunity to say what a wonderful time we had staying in the Victoria Suite. Very romantic and cozy suite. Slept with the door to the balcony open all night. Being able to hear the waves was an added bonus. Bed is... More

I've stayed in a lot of B&B's, but I've never been greeted with appetizers, had home baking left out for me each afternoon, and invited to help myself to the treasure chest of Tillamook ice cream in the freezer. The Nye Beach location is perfect. Eileen and Terry had great suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. As per "Darling Dearest" review,... More

We had opted for the independent lodge next door. Enough space for the four of us. It has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with two single beds. There's a sitting room, a dining space with a fully equipped kitchen attached and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer which is interesting for those... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday. We like to be able to walk everywhere when we stay in places, if possible. This B&B is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, everything. It was so convenient! The B&B itself: Clean and welcoming. When we walked in, it smelled like cookies - and who doesn't love that?? In... More

We booked this B and B based on the great ratings on Tripadvisor, but we were a little disappointed. Yes, the owners are kind an the welcome snacks were great, but... 1- the house is NOT an original Victorian home. It was built less than 20 years ago. It could use definitely some deep cleaning (black handprints all over the... More

Lovely B&B with fabulous hosts. My husband and I stayed in the Sir Charles room and, while we were content with our accommodations, we regretted not reserving the slightly larger Lady Catherine room. We're both fairly tall and the Charles, in our opinion, had perhaps a little too much furniture and not quite enough space. If we'd planned to stay... More
