Really nice stay. Staff were great. Free valet parking. Free (and good wifi). Accommodations were spacious with a terrific view. The room service menu was fairly limited. Being in the same building as Jory I expected more. The spa is only open limited days so we did not get to enjoy. I am sure that it is clearly posted somewhere (and honestly would not have changed my plans if I had seen) but if you have “Spa and Resort” in your name, it should be available to guests even if they don’t stay the weekend.
This is a lovely property & majority of the staff was professional & courteous. However, for a hotel that prides themselves in service, the Manager of FB, Chef & FB staff fell short of service & creativity. Being Vegan & Celiac, creativity & effort for a meal was non-existent, we notified them 4 months in advance. Due to lack of attention from a staff member to my allergies I was served bread that had egg. The only vegan/GF dinner item I ordered was brought to our table with no caution announcement that the pan was piping hot and I was burned. I was offered a bandaid & burn ointment, however, a manager never came over to address the issue. Allergies to food do kill people, thus, the staff should take this seriously and be well trained. The lack of service in the breakfast restaurant & pool area where poor.…
Our stay at The Allison Inn was fantastic. The property is one of the best we have ever stayed at in the US. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and cozy. The location is perfect and the staff is very nice. During our stay they gave us a surprise by sending us a bottle of wine and we absolutely loved the gesture. Its a must stay when in Oregon wine country.
The property is well kept. Ambiance is peaceful. Only issue I had was the internet-slow at least for me, retrieving data from my company’s database took forever. General access to internet needs to be secured such as using a password the very least.
Amazing hotel and spa in a gorgeous location in Willamette Valley. The rooms were well appointed and immaculate. Loved the restaurant for breakfast and brunch. Would love to return with family some day!
The Allison Inn & Spa is a beautiful resort . The greenery and flowers and plants are well kept and just absolutely beautiful. The staff was very responsive and polite and went out of their way to make sure you were enjoying your stay. The Jory was delicious and fresh. This was a girls trip of being best friends for 40 years. We enjoyed the wine country as well. The concierge made reservations for the wine tastings and also helped with dinner reservations. We would definitely stay here again. 5 star plus rating...
The Allison Inn & Spa is a beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms, great service, delicious food, and amazing service. We loved our stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to others. The rooms were a great size with large bathrooms and nice balconies.
We now have a new level of expectation for future lodging. The staff is well trained and always friendly. Although the price point is more than other hotels in the area, it is worth it. Perfect location for wine country and day trips.
Would stay here again and again the best hotel and spa I have ever been too worth every penny! I will be coming back very soon! You won’t find a nicer place to stay with the best staff and food such an amazing place
We spent three nights in the Willamette Valley to experience the lovely wineries and loved staying at the Allison Inn. We thought the location was great with easy trips to the wineries and some nice restaurants local in Newberg. The restaurant/bar at the hotel was very nice and the overall vibe of the property was very tranquil. We took advantage of morning walks/runs on and near the property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. Our room was great and service overall at the property was top notch. We would certainly recommend this property!
