I stay here when visiting family in town. Wendi is an amazing host, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is the best ever! Wendi makes you feel at home and you can feel the love she has put into this historic house. You won't regret staying here and if you have a chance, have lunch here too!

This is a place made and built with love, a pristine, pretty dwelling filled with curios, artefacts and books, fluffy towels. You'll have your own upstairs porch complete with rocking chair and lounger where you can sit on a summer's evening and watch the sky grow dark. After you've slept soundly between crisp white sheets, Wendi will bring you a... More

We stayed at The Painted Lady to get acquainted with the Myrtle Creek and Umpqua Valley area. We were there early in the week so didn't see the tea room and restaurant in action but we did get a tour of the rooms. The decor and furnishings are amazing! We very much enjoyed our room, the 2nd story porch, reading... More

This place is a little hidden gem in Douglas County! If you haven't been here, you should definitely give it a try for a girls day out or a little girls birthday party tea. I've been here twice now for the Queen's Tea both times. The owner is the kindest lady and very attentive. She makes excellent food (finger sandwiches,... More

This is a unique "tea room" with a great lunch menu. The host (Dan) and hostess (Wendy) are gracious and friendly. My sister and I will definitely go there again! We loved the idea of this delightful restaurant being in our home town. It is also a B&B but we did not stay in the B&B.

We are very pleased that you and your sister enjoyed lunch in the Tea Room. Our menu is just been redesigned earlier this year and we are thrilled you like it! We stopped in for just lunch. But had no idea of the beautiful treat we were about to experience. Dan greeted us with a full house tour and the outside as well. The beauty of the decor is just awesome. Then Wendy prepared for us a delicious lunch finished off with a decadent dessert. We will visit again. We were... More

So cute, so cozy and soo much fun! We've been here several times with our girls, who love coming here, both for the delicious food but even more for the fun princess-dress dress-up closet. Can spend hours to just look at all cute things, shop for knick-knacks and quaint gifts. A must to visit here if you're in the area!

My husband and I were driving from Reno to Portland. We wanted to break the road trip into two days. My husband found The Painted Lady online and we arrived to Myrtle Creek, OR, at 5pm. We enjoyed wine and beer on the second floor balcony and watched the birds and butterflies flutter around the plentiful, fragrant gardens. The house... More

My Aunt and I spent a couple of weeks touring around Oregon for my birthday. One of the highlights was Crater Lake. But where to stay for a trip to Crater Lake and then on to the Coast? The area around Roseburg seemed a good middle location. AND, based on other excellent tripadvisor reviews, we chose The Painted Lady B&B... More

Lovely and charming b&b in a nice oregon little town; so different from the standard hotels; the owner Wendy has tastefully decorated the b&b, all the details are unique, and she isreally taking care of her guests; we had to leave early and she managed to prepare a wonderful breakfast at 6.30 in the morning, including the best French toasts...
