Just doing my job, the security guard and staff chasing me down the hallways and screaming at me. Security guard verbally threatening me and physically blocking my exit from the building. Big lawsuit for you guys. You do know that you guys are in the wrong right. You cant treat people like this. You will lose your jobs. Where does it say I have to have security clearance to enter this motel??? Even after stating I'm making a delivery they proceeded to block my exit and chase me all the way to my car where they proceeded to say I was trespassing and that they would call the big bad police on me. What a joke, I have delivered to thousands of high end motels and this isnt even high end it's like crackhead special and dirty. Never have I been treated this way at any motel while making food delivery, even 800 dollar a night motels in major metro areas of the us. Always given respect. I guess this is the welcome to Medford they give people upon arrival? Lol anyone want to stay here, just letting you know the people are nasty and the building is falling apart and the inside is dirty. Medford home of the crazies.

Blamed on COVID—no shuttle service—seems as though COVID gets blamed for anything that someone can avoid doing. Internet booking states Ramada had a shuttle service and only a mile from the airport. Not today. Cancelled and went to another hotel. What has happened to service? Very disappointed customer.

This did not meet my expectations. The company allows enterances and exits of members to smoke and throw cigaret butts on the ground and pile up garbage in the hallways. I had to wait 15 minutes to check in as the front desk was out of the office. I also witnessed fresh food in the lobby that was unrefriderated for guests, This is a health hassard.

This is considered a 3 star hotel, which sounds great but that all changed when we arrived. Drinking, smoking weed, loud music from cars/rooms, and fighting in the parking lot until 3am and no parking lot security to be found, we had valuables in the car which made it worse. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months, hair, dirt, and stains all over them. And the smell of the place, it smelled like everyone who stayed there smoked weed. I don't mind the stuff, but when the halls smell like it and my room smells like it that's a problem.

How can I describe the worst hotel I've been to in my life? For starters, picture the smell of hot rotting garbage that's at least a month old sitting in the hot July Sun. That my friend's is what the hallway smells like. If you read this and still book this dump, it's on you. Book anywhere else. This poor hotel is a relic from the 50s that has never been properly cared for. Book a Motel 6, hostel, crack house. Whatever. Anything is better than this poor excuse for an establishment. There is not a single positive thing I can say about this place. Unfortunately I booked a long term work stay there before I knew anything and I can honestly say that it was by Far the worst lodging experience of my life. DO NOT book here. DO NOT bring kids here From the obvious meth / crack dealers, base heads, needles in the parking lot, deplorable sanitation conditions and outright horrible hotel, this place is overpriced at whatever they are charging. Your dignity is too precious to stay here. Do not give them business. This location does not deserve it at all.

We complained but were told that’s what they had available. We needed early check in and was told we could do that and we were not allowed early access. The room had ripped carpet, smelled, had stains.

First, to be fair, this hotel is hosting a bunch of the misplaced victims of southern Oregon fires and I'm sure having its share of challenges trying to accommodate. My opinion of this hotel has nothing to do with these unfortunate folks as I think it's great for this place to help in this way. The staff was nice and friendly, masks all around and even though I think that Covid is largely political, a rule is a rule. The room seemed clean enough at first, but then found black stains on sheets and a bathtub that I would not lower myself into. Bath towels were ok, but the bath mat was tattered and torn. Not the best. I had to work for a day from my room and the internet kept dropping out. In this day and age, at a business class hotel, this is inexcusable on a weekday. The office chair in the room was very uncomfortable and the vertical adjustment was broken and kept sinking. There were many folks wandering around the parking lot at night which could have been misplaced fire victims but did not lend to my sense of security for our vehicle. Interior decor seems like it has only been repainted since the 1970s. Not the most important attribute of a hotel, but could use some serious updating. Breakfast was great and as advertised. My wife and I choose places to stay based on breakfast availability and selection. It's just something we enjoy and this hotel did not disappoint. The attached Denny's was a great place to have a late meal and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Was not looking for luxury, but a 3 star hotel usually at least maintains a level of cleanliness & customer service. This was dirty in many ways, inside and out. The bed cover had stains, there was garbage all over the premises. The customer service is garbage and shows no courtesy. Front desk is left unattended and no way to reach them and when they get there, no apologies no nothing. The other similar hotels in the area looked much better.
