We stayed here for two nights. The front desk employee was very friendly during our night-time check-in. She recognized our status, explained the hours of the amenities and even went hunting for a luggage cart at 11pm for us. The rooms are not very quiet. We could hear neighbors above and below our room, and A/C unit is loud. Overall the room was clean and adequate for our stay with one exception. The bathroom remodel was not done well. The shower stall was recaulked in some areas but there was mold all around the soap dish. Water pressure was very meek; I could not rinse shampoo out of my thick hair. There were towel hooks rather than bars, so towels do not dry overnight. And, bathroom fan goes on automatically when you flip the light switch, so it's not quiet. Room does have a small microwave and fridge and coffee maker. Fitness room was small but adequate for a workout. Parking was free and ample during the weekend we were there. The location is easy to access and near a few fast food places and a high-end grocery store. If we needed an overnight stay, this hotel works. For longer stays, the bathroom would be an issue.

We were traveling to Medford to teach a class. We got in about 830 PM and were well taken care of. The room was quiet, beds comfortable and we had a great stay. The breakfast was hot and good to eat. I will stay here again.

To find a Hampton property in this area actually following all of the covid 19 promises that Hilton makes. After a disastrous day in Red Bluff, CA a couple of weeks ago we were so happy to show up and find a hotel that was obeying all of the policies. The room was immaculate and sanitized to perfection.... front desk staff were masked and requiring masks on all people in public areas. With a high risk husband I value these types of people who take the guests' safety seriously!

I stayed here for 3 nights this week (March 2024) and experienced three issues worth sharing. First, the floors are creaky. I've never stayed in a hotel where it sounded like the floors on the second and third floors were made poorly. You can hear your own footfalls in your room and I was woken up one morning because I could here the guest above me moving around. Second, the pillows suck. Even with four pillows in a king size bed I found all four pillows to be thin and barely useful. Finally, housekeeping never emptied the trash or cleaned the room in three days.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, I am so sorry to hear about the issues you had during your stay, I do hope you also reported this to the desk as they will always do whatever possible to take care of all our guests needs. For future reference housekeeping is done every other day for our stayover guests with a full clean done every 4th day and they are not allowed to enter a room if the do not disturb sign is hanging on the door unless preciously arranged. If your room was somehow missed, I am very sorry as this is not a norm for our property, we hope to see you again.

I had a 6 hr drive when I arrived. Front desk was VERY unfriendly. I’m a Diamond member with Hilton. I wasn’t told if they offered a breakfast or what the hours were. I get up to my room on the 2nd floor and the door is open and a vacuum is in the middle of the room. I go downstairs and am given keys to a room on the ground floor. I have to go back up stairs to get all my luggage. I ask if there’s bottled water in my room. She says no and hands me one bottle of water for 2 people? My room was across for the banquet room was was being used. There was an entrance door into the hotel next door to me. Coming and going because of the banquet there was loud with folks going in and out. Thank god my bed was comfortable! Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in!:(

Thank you for sharing your opinion with us regarding your stay, please know this is not a norm for our property and has been addressed with staff. I am sorry for any inconvenience the meeting may have caused you, we do keep our evening meeting to ending by 10 pm to limit disturbance to our guests and am very sorry if this was an issue for this stay. For future reference the honors perks are different based on brand, at Hampton Inns at Gold level and up you have a choice of one drink one snack at check in OR 250 extra bonus points per stay. That said we do advise all staff to offer water to all honors members as a thank you for being a member, I am sorry again that this did not happen.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted! After driving for 7 hours in rain and snow (I'm from CA so that was challenging) I finally get to Hampton Inn with my dog. They are "pet friendly". We are stressed out and exhausted. I check in and they tell me that the pet fee is $150...non-refundable!! That's more than the rate I was paying for myself!! The going rate for all places I've stayed in previously is $50! I can see a DEPOSIT of $150 and when they see that there is no damage to the room refund $100. Nope! It is $150 for my dog to stay the night. I just paid $300 to stay at. Hampton Inn for one night. That is ridiculous!! Their sister property in Medford called Homewood Suites only charges $50 per pet. Go figure! I learned my lesson: Always check the pet fee and NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn again!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, I am sorry for the confusion regarding the pet fee, this fee is listed on our website, please know that we keep our fee a bit higher because we preform a deep clean on all rooms that have pets so that the next guest does not know a pet has been in the room, have a nice day.

Service = 0/5 It's a surprise that this place is part of Hilton. Definitely a motel-style property. We stayed two nights l and our first night was decent with the gal working, she was kind. NO DIAMOND MEMBER UPGRADES FYI!! We swapped our room because the first one was gross, smelly, foggy and seemed out of 1990. First night wasn't terrible after the room change. We returned for a 2nd night and Lynn, the supervisor, was by far the most unpleasant person to deal with. She definitely made me feel like a complete hassle! She huffed and puffed as if her job was so strenuous. Slamming phones, deep breathing...so unprofessional and very dramatic. There are sooo many competitor hotels on the road and I do not recommend this place after the sour taste Lynn left in my mouth and the dingy rooms. Anyways, we thought second night would be better, but instead it was not. I'm sorry, I do not recommend this hotel. "Making you happy makes us happy" is what their welcome mat says. What a let down.

I do apologize if you were unhappy during your stay, as it is our goal to make each experience a pleasant one for every guest. The hotel was completely remodeled in 2023 so I am surprised that the rooms would feel foggy and outdated. We have all new beds and updated color schemes. Carpet and wall coverings are all new as well as desk chairs, sitting chairs and couches. All public areas have also been renovated to offer a welcoming atmosphere to all of our guests. I am disappointed to see that you felt the desk staff was less than professional as she has been her for many years and strives to offer the best customer service to everyone she meets. We do offer our Diamond members their preferred upgrade of points or a snack and all members receive complimentary water. As for room upgrades, that would depend on room type needed and availability, if there was any confusion, I do offer my sincerest regret. We do wish you safe travels and a happy New Year.

We are Hilton Gold members and this stay was adequate for a one night stay.
Very clean rooms. Hot breakfast was fake eggs and fatty sausage, bananas, oatmeal and packaged bread products. Meh.
WiFi acceptable. No hand sanitizer stations near elevators or dining areas. Shower head had anemic water spray and pressure.

This is a basic roadside hotel, Ample free well lit parking, large comfortable no frills rooms, nice bath and bed linens, good toiletries in bathroom, comfortable bed, good quality TV and WiFi. The property had been undergoing a facelift which is nice. The location, although not right at an I-5 exit, is just off I-5 and is close to Medford's charming town center where there are some cool places to eat and drink. Recommended.

Traveling with a pet BEWARE. We have been on the road for a week with 2 kids and a dog. We booked this hotel 30 minutes before arriving. We paid part of the bill with rewards. Upon arrival we found out not included in the room rate was a non refundable 150.00 pet fee (not deposit). That's right $150 for one night stay (for the dog). For the last week in various hotels we have not paid more than $25. The manager was not willing to cancel the reservation when we arrived, even though we had just made it. On the website (from 2 different phones) we clicked on pet policy and nothing came up; (the screen did not advance). So we assumed the fee would be close to the other fees we had been paying all week. When we got the confirmation right before we pulled into the lot it said at the very bottom there would be an additional 150$ nonrefundable fee for the pet. So by then the reservation was made . I found the management to be less than helpful, considering we were paying with points you know we have stayed at many Hilton properties. Considering we made the reservation not 30 minutes before arriving, how is it they could not cancel the room reservation, or realize their website might not be working properly on all phones? Huge disappointment for the Hilton family of properties. Icing on the cake was.... after all of this fiasco, hot kids and hot parents the pool was closed. Note this was the first pool in 4 hotels in Oregon who had a pool closed for social distancing. My problem is the management refused to be flexible, refused to make it right. She could have cancelled the reservation so we could go somewhere more reasonable, but she would not do that. She stated the pet fee is clearly stated... Maybe from a computer, maybe from a different kind of phone, but it was NOT clear from our phones. Everyone knows operating systems vary, why not be helpful instead of rigid. Therefore poor customer service. Stating "you will be charged whether you stay or not" is NOT good customer service whether it is policy or not. Hilton's catchphrase. "we are Hilton, We are hospitality". Not at this location.

Thank you for reviewing your stay with us, I was unable to find the reservation you had, but I am sorry for any confusion regarding the pet fee, please know the fee is listed on our website and all third party booking agents were informed of the fee, for future reference two places this can be found via Hilton.com is under our hotel details and when you go to book the room and select that you have a pet under special requests this is for both desktop and phone reservations, I hope this helps, have a nice day.

As Kitters above mentioned, there are no pull-through spaces on the lot. However parking along the side of the street on Morrow Rd. should be doable. Likewise there is a strip mall across the street from the hotel that generally has PLENTY of space to park. The walk from there back to the hotel is very short. Also the entrance to the hotel should be large enough for you to pull in with your trailer and unload before parking.

There was no charge for guest parking while you are registered. You will need to email or call the hotel registration desk regarding parking charges if you are not a registered guest.
Yes, the taxi services provided run 24/7. In the event that the front desk is unable to reach them, or the wait time is too long, they will call one of several backups.
Hope this helps!
