Super convenient location, right off I-5. The property was typical of a Homewood, which is to say big rooms, abundant free parking, with subpar (albeit free) breakfast. What really made this hotel however was the staff - check in was great, even received a free upgrade to a monstrous 2 BR / 2 BA family suite. Breakfast staff was friendly and on top of things as well, just a really well run property all around. This is definitely our go-to stop when travelling through Medford.
Clean, great air, super market offerings. Great service. Older hotel but you would not know it. Good outdoor lighting. Bathroom lighting very good. Tubs not slippery. Plenty of towels and supplies. I always stay here when in Medford.
Hands down the dirtiest and most dated hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Our room reeked of marijuana. We had small kids with us. It was also dirty and dingy. If you ask for another room from the front desk, they will say too bad there are no other rooms available and you can leave the hotel but will not get your money back. This was our experience with Christina. She was completely rude and unaccommodating, as if she hates people. We have never been treated so rudely, she will threaten to kick you out of the hotel (without your money back) if you say anything like you want a higher floor or different room because the one you have smelled like smoke. When we called from the room saying we can’t inhale the drug smell, she hung up on us and said leave the hotel. I see there are multiple complaints against in her on TripAdvisor. Even when complaining to corporate and leaving messages for the manager, they never called back to address it. We left with small kids in the middle of the night. Worst hotel ever and an absolute shame for the Hilton brand. Avoid at all costs!…
This is a wonderful hotel for anyone traveling through Medford. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and staff. The only reason I gave four stars is because I am handicapped and reserved a handicapped room, which was available for me. However, there were no luggage carts to assist my wife with all of our luggage (since I could not help) and there was no ADA bench/seat for the shower/bath. If you're not handicapped, you'll love this hotel.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and quiet suites, felt my vehicle was safe in parking lot. If you are staying a few day it is like being at home in the room. Late night snacks and drinks in lobby
Absolutely no one was wearing a mask correctly, if at all. It is abhorrent that they would willingly put guests at risk like this. In addition, the breakfast options were slim and not very healthy, and the pillows offer absolutely no neck support.
We have stayed at this location many times and have always enjoyed it. It’s always clean affordable and relaxing. We never regret getting a room here! It is the perfect place for us to go when having to go to dr appointment or having medical center visits.
Rude staff, dirty room, no mattress covers blood and urine on mattress. Changed rate of stay that was noted on check in. Dirty gym. Pictures were deceiving. House keeping left my door wide open all day after cleaning. Breakfast was dry and full of salt.
Professional staff, well-maintained property. Everyone followed COVID protocols. Felt confident this was a safe and clean place to stay. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling in this area. I give it an A+ on all counts.
I stay in this hotel frequently as a stopover on the way to Portland. Last time I was here the grounds were not kept up (dog feces everywhere). There was a great improvement this time and the rooms were much cleaner. Overall, it is a great hotel.
