Be sure to plan enough time to fully enjoy your stay. The layout and well appointed room was much more than expected. Best location for the cost in the area. We want to come back in the summer and explore wine country and will use this as home base.

Great location and walkability to restaurants. We have a family of four and the ability to have separate sleeping and living spaces was fabulous. Also the Atticus bar and store we very nice to be able to use.

We loved this property. The location is ideal - it's surrounded with shopping and restaurants. There's a nice deli across the street for stocking your kitchen. Free parking options are great. The flat has everything you need for a short stay - fully equipped kitchen, comfy sitting area and bed, and the TV is easy to figure out :)

This apartment - Flat #2 - was everything it was supposed to be. Very Pleased with 3rd St Flats overall. Check-In process at Atticus Hotel was a breeze. Friendly staff. Parking was easy. Yes, there are stairs - one flight up - to get to the flat, but wasn't difficult. Flat was well appointed and comfortable. The hosts left a gift of some wine and chocolates which was a nice surprise. Great wine glasses too for enjoying local Pinots. Location is central...good nearby coffee places for the morning. Great restaurant - La Rambla - around the corner. Agree with other reviews that the bathroom isn't large or luxurious, but we chose 3rd St Flats because it was far less expensive than boutique hotels nearby while still being a roomy apt vs a hotel room. The other thing I agree with is that the windows seem paper thin when it comes to any noise outside. This didn't bother us too much, and in a small town, there wasn't much noise, but yes...for some reason one of the surprisingly larger number of homeless people in town started to serenade the building at 3AM. I managed to go back to sleep. Overall, it was a great option and we'd definitely choose it again.…

3rd street flats are beautifully appointed, in the heart of downtown McMinnville. We loved the convenience of the shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The customer service is supreme, thank you!

This is a very loud location. The first night it sounded like someone was banging on the outside door . It turned out that they were actually using a hammer to try to destroy the outside doorbell. I called the number that was provided for 24 hour service but got a recording that the voice mail was not set up and no one responded to the text. The restaurant that is in the same building decide to to move chairs and equipment after 11:30m pm which lasted for about an hour. Also through out the night several men across the street were screaming.I know the homeless problem is not the hotels concern but it seems that this location at night is very close to gathering of several individuals. I called the hotel the next morning to let then know about the door bell and was told the manager would be notified. However, we never received ay feedback. As for the room it is beautifully appointed and clean but sadly could not be enjoyed due to the above situations.…

3rd Street Flats was a fun and cool vibe with each room having their own distinct decor. Very well equipped for cooking in the rooms with lots of flatware, glasses, pots, skillets, etc. The location was great for discovering McMinnville and centralized in Wine Country.

Good location. If you want a place that allows you to cook and sit down for your meals, it’s fine. But it was built decades ago for the intention of what it actually is — an apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are very small. Smallest bathroom I’ve ever been in when travelling. Just keep that in mind when you consider your trip.

Perfectly located and a wonderful place to stay to enjoy your time in Oregon. Not too far away from Crater Lake and Portland as well. Highly recommend booking your stay here. We will definitely be back. Service was exceptional as well.
