This is an awesome place to use as a home base for a wine tasting experience in the Willamette Valley. Fireplace, exposed brick, cut kitchen and the location can't be beat. We loved the ability to branch out to all of the adjacent towns within minutes. Great alternative to any hotel.

3rd street flats is not a hotel but a really nice room with a kitchen and living space. They don't service the room daily. I found it to be very nice lots of space and very comfortable. It was a convenient walk to breakfast and dinner and even wine tasting. Very centrally located for wine tasting, touring, Portland Etc. We... More

We had a great time at the 3rd Street Flats. The location is excellent for short walks to all of the restaurants and wine tasting rooms available. There is also a great craft beer bar downstairs and excellent cocktails not far away. Parking was easy though it is out in a parking lot so depends how you feel about that.... More

This a beautifully restored building and our accommodations were very elegant in flat #11, but we were a bit taken aback by the 43 steps to get there. After traveling 3 weeks with 2 large suitcases it was impossible to lug these to our room. Plan "B" always works, and we unpacked the necessary clothes for 2 days in the... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review! We're so glad that you enjoyed your flat and your time in downtown McMinnville. And you are quite right that getting to the 11th Flat can be a work out. We regularly tease our cleaning staff that they can drop their gym memberships thanks to those stairs. We wish... More

We stayed at the 7th flat in the Odd Fellows lodge. It is a 2 bedroom flat. It is huge. Each bedroom is nicely appointed. The kitchen space is open with new appliances, full refrigerator. The living room space is equally as roomy. It would have been perfect had there been a second bath or even a half bath. There... More

Loved the apartment. Very convenient. Near great restaurants. Would definitely come back. Only downside was that back bedroom #7 had no windows so, felt a little enclose. Also, McMinnville is no a very family friendly town. My 12 yo did ok but not a lot for kids.

I am a generous reviewer and would like to give this place a 5 but I have a few concerns. I hope the owners forgive me for the 4 because I would like to come back! We stayed in #4, The Retreat, and it looks just like the photos online. But notice that there are no photos of the bathroom... More

We had a great apartment, Noir, on the 3rd floor. Getting the luggage there was not fun as the stairs are STEEP. Our apartment was very quiet but they really need to put curtains over the blinds. It was not very dark and we like it dark to sleep. Our cousins on the other had had the apartment right below... More

Thanks so much for telling us about your stay! We always love hearing from our guests and are so glad you had such an awesome time. We love the 11th Flat: Noir too. :-) You are 100% correct about those stairs-they are steep. We joke with our cleaning staff that they can cancel their gym memberships because they certainly don't... We stayed in the 6th Flat. Loved the place. It was perfect for 2 couples. The building is very cool and the location is awesome. The only downsides are the floors are a little noisy and the stairs (esp. the back stairs) are a little steep.

We stayed 2 nights in the 6th flat. It was very inviting and comfortable. The decor was beautiful and had lots of local flavor. It truly felt like home. It was located in a great small town with many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the stay and will make our way back soon.
