Horse Creek Lodge is terrific. It's clean and cozy. It's a short distance away from the noise of the main highway, and has an easy trail from the cabins to Horse Creek and the McKenzie River. It's convenient to all of the "must-sees" in the area, reasonably priced, and fully furnished for cooking a great meal, or resting after a... More

Loved staying here. We had the cabin all prepped for us and we were also left alone all night which was great. Cabins were so cute and loved the fully stocked kitchens. Walked on the trail around the grounds. Definitely going to stay here again.

We called on short notice and was told the place was booked, but the owner thought a moment and figured out a way to accommodate us. It meant we had to move around to different cabins, but that was our fault for calling so late. The property is beautiful and the owners could not be more concerned about their guests.... More

We enjoyed our stay at Horse Creek Lodge. Spacious cabin with well equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room and front deck in a woodsy setting. River is a short walk away. When we couldn't get two nights in a row in the cabin we chose, the owners graciously accommodated us in an overflow space. It's especially nice that they take pets.... More

We came to McKenzie Bridge to mountain bike. We discovered that we had an equipment issue, and were about to head to Bend (waste of a day) and get it fixed. Alyssa went out of her way and found us a local solution that had us on the trail within the hour, all smiles and grins. (BTW: the mountain biking... More

Fabulous vacation spot for the active adventurer and the recluse alike. A great place for a friends and family reunion or a quiet getaway for two, or even one. It's jut a few short miles to one of the finest public golf courses (Tokatee Golf Club) this side of the Pecos, too. They also offer rafting trips on the McKenzie... More

We only had one night to enjoy the beauty of McKenzie Bridge, but sure wish we had more time here. First of all, Alyssa, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating during the booking process. When we arrived, her friend checked us in because Alyssa was busy, and she treated us just as well as Alyssa did, giving us great... More

The trip was great the guide made sure everyone felt safe and had a good time. At one point we started to get hot so he found a pool where we could all jump in and cool off. This was a great trip. They also offer mountain bike shuttles as well as cabins to rent. I would love to bring... More

A group of 12 women, including me, attend a quilting retreat at Horse Creek Lodge every year. We rent the Delta House. The kitchen is huge and contains everything we could possibly need for our stay -- all we need to bring is our food. The bedrooms are confortable and the covered walkway is wonderful if the weather is questionable.... More
