What a lovely place to unwind and reconnect. My family from Missouri traveled out to Oregon for a few days at the beach and what a beautiful week it was. The Loft was near the beach, and in the middle of town for convenience to shopping and food. The loft itself has an abundance of windows which makes for a warm and light filled day even when there's rain. The furniture is obviously curated with luxury and style in mind. The house comes together for a feats for the eye and heart. The staff at CC were attentive and went over and above the usual check-in and check-out process. It was the little touches that made this trip one for the memory book. This was our second stay at the Coast Cabins and it won't be our last.

Our three night stay at Coast Cabins was terrific! I'm almost afraid to write how good it was because that means more competition for reservations at this lovely place. The property is beautiful and cabins tucked into thoughtfully maintained gardens of bamboo, native plants, and rock placements. We stayed in Tower 3 with it's pretty private patio, hot tub and fireplace. The interior is appointed with such care and detailing, with offerings of beauty in so many ways - blooming orchids, handmade objects, alpaca throw on the couch, and original artwork. We brought our dog and even that aspect of accommodation was considered by our hosts. Though it's not directly on the beach, it's an easy walk down the street into town and the sweeping sandy beaches. The owners and staff were caring. We could feel how much they were personally invested in making our stay comfortable and meaningful, greeting us with a glass of wine and making sure we had what we needed. The whole experience was so unlike what happens at larger properties and hotels. This is a big YES! we will definitely return.

We stayed in the Loft 9, in the heart of Manzanita and had a very pleasant stay so close to the beach. The condo's location, and amenities are top notch - We especially enjoyed the luxury bathtub and shower! The condo is surprisingly big and roomy. Definitely appropriate for two couples of a family with a couple of kids. We will absolutely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Cabin 5 (the Spa Cabin) for several nights. We have previously stayed at the Modern Ranch (stunning) and the Windward house (the ultimate splurge). We've had great experiences every time and the Spa Cabin this time was no different. The cabin was serene, private, and a combo of luxurious while being cozy. There is tall bamboo, maple trees, and beautiful natural rock walls that provide a privacy screen surrounding the private front patio where there are lounge chairs, a dining table, and outdoor sauna. (see my photos) The cabin itself is beautifully designed with high-end finishes and a comfortable layout. We cooked every meal in the lovely kitchen (pro tip: bring an electric kettle and chip clips). We liked that the bedroom and bath are on the upper level which provides some separation from the main floor. The bathroom was pure understated luxury--great water pressure, and we loved the rain showerhead. The cabins on the property were all fully booked (I believe there are five or six total) during our entire stay but we didn't hear any noise. It's a short, easy walk to the beach--maybe 10 minutes tops but I can't say exactly bc we always stopped for coffee or to window shop and pet dogs along the way.

Jennifer O, Thank you for a wonderful review. You really captured all that Cabin 5, the Spa Cabin offers to relax and unwind. So glad you enjoyed the kitchen. There is a Brevel kettle in every cabin. Might have missed it in the lazy susan cupboard. The new bathroom really is luxurious! We hope to see you both back soon...and Cooper! Thank you for being great guest!

First, these are not "coast cabins." They're on the far end of town away from the beach. Cabin 1 is right on the noisy road, with a view of the parking lot facing west. The vibe is more "busy avenue" than "NW coast." Second, the Internet is spotty. Bouncing us off with the message: "Ready to connect when the quality improves." Third, the owner was utterly unsympathetic when I tried to change my reservation during a COVID surge, despite my immune-compromised status, at a time when the rest of the business world is extremely accommodating of health and safety needs. So here we are, sorely regretting having made the reservation and wondering why the reviews are so positive.

Dear Kathy, You announced immediately upon your arrival that you were grumpy and unhappy. No one starts off well on that note, but we tried. I am glad your husband could enjoy a welcome glass of wine. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your request to cancel last minute for a full refund. Since you have nevertheless chosen to arrive and as you are still on the property, it would be lovely if you could be somewhat gracious with our staff and accept the hospitality being offered to you. The location of the South Tower Cabin and its proximity to Laneda Avenue are clearly disclosed in the cabins description when booking online, as you did. As is the cancellation policy which one must accept to proceed with the booking. Internet service at the Coast can be spotty during high season. Coast Cabins is approximately 6 blocks to the beach and walkable to everything in our very small beach village. Although you do not agree, our previous reviews and our return clientele tell the story of the special property we have created. The weather has been gorgeous and we hope today is a better day for you. Let us know if there is anything you need for the remainder of your stay. Kindly, Kerry, GM
