Ok experience. Room seemed small for the price, but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but good. Pool was warm, which we appreciated, but floor was very slippery. Hotel lobby was nicely decorated. Very poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Inn at Cross Keys Station was the best of the best! Normally I would stay at a Best Western, but their prices were too high so I tried out this place, and all I could DO was relax. The customer service was impeccable, the staff was so warm, inviting, and friendly. Actually better than Best Western, and most places I've been! The food was WONDERFUL! And OH MY GOSH don't EVEN get me started on how COMFORTABLE the beds were! The INDOOR pool was always clean, and it was SOOO relaxing! Me and my son got to go rafting on the Deschutes River without worrying if our room, luggage, or vehicles were being messed with at the hotel, they have THE BEST security I have EVER seen.......ANYWHERE! THANK YOU INN AT CROSS KEYS STATION FOR MAKING THIS ONE OF OUR MOST MEMORABLE TRIPS EVER!!!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!! We WILL be back! Soon, hopefully!

I have family that recently moved to the area. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The location is convenient to stores and the view is spectacular. Additionally, they offer free breakfast. This will definitely be my “go-to” place.

Nobody at front desk for 10 minutes when we arrived. After that check in was fine. Nothing special in room, good Wi-Fi. For Covid times, good hot breakfast buffet. Could tell management takes pride in building and furnishings. Will probably stay here again.

When we drove up to the Inn, it really was impressive and so was the lobby area. But the girl at the desk was not very customer friendly. She said she couldn’t give us the discount and wasn’t very helpful with anything else either. The room was nice and so was the breakfast

We stayed two nights at the Inn at Cross Keys Station. It was good, and I especially liked the indoor warm swimming pool and the hot tub. The hotel property is nicely decorated, clean, calm and welcoming. We are retirees traveling to explore new places and see different parts of the country. Josh, the hotel manager, was very knowledgeable and recommended some local highlights. The rooms we stayed in were clean, but basic. Bar soap and shampoo, but no conditioner or lotion. Coffee and tea for the 4 cup Cuisinart little coffeemaker, but small paper coffee cups. I'm glad we stayed at this property, and felt the information we received from Josh was one of the most valuable parts of our visit. From now on, I'll bring a real coffee mug from home when I travel.

This is a lovely hotel in an unexpected location! I’m not sure how many come to Madras as a destination but would highly recommend this hotel if you’re traveling through this area. The hotel sits up on a hill and is easy walking distance to a grocery store as well as a Mexican restaurant. The beds are comfortable and hallways were quite. Being newer, the furniture in lobby and room s were in great shape. Staff at front desk were friendly and welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel with comfy rooms and clean bathrooms and a convenient location. However, when I checked in this past week, the front desk clerk wasn’t wearing a mask despite the sign right in front of her saying they were required. When I asked about it, she said they were “kind of optional.” The next morning, I asked the manager about it and he said he hadn’t had time to train her yet. Except half the kitchen staff and the guy emptying trash weren’t wearing masks either. And when I checked out, the manager had his mask below his nose and the guy right beside him working wasn’t wearing one at all. So obviously the manager doesn’t care about his staff getting sick, or his customers. This is why we are in the predicament that we are in right now.

Stayed here 3 nights for work, because they advertise themselves as an upper class hotel. Well, It is beautiful on the outside and in the main lobby, no doubt. Just remember the old saying of Curb Appeal! That beautiful appeal ends with the guest rooms. Very basic for paying over $100 a night and the bed was soo uncomfortable that I was not able to get a really good and restful sleep, because my back hurt the entire time I was in it. There are basic ammenities in the rooms but they are very basic! Shampoo yes but Conditioner no. Oh, and don't think you can bring your canine companion here, because they hate dogs! The signs posted absolutely everywhere, say so. That being said, I will not stay here again. I do need to bring my dog with me sometimes and she is very hotel savy. Also, for almost half the price, you can stay at the Quality Inn, right in town, walk to food and the beds are better. They love Dogs there too.

We have rooms with beds that are less than a year old and 2 inches thicker than our older beds. A request could have been made if your back was hurting to move rooms to a newer bed. We will always try and accommodate these requests to make the guest as comfortable as possible. Conditioner and lotion is available at the front desk. To reduce waste, we do not offer those in the rooms as they are the items that are used the least. Regardless if used or not, they will be tossed after each guest a guest stay. We actively advertise that we are not pet friendly. We even state that to all guest that arrive at our establishment. Service Animals are always welcome. We follow all ADA/DOJ laws regarding Service Animals. Companion animal are not service animals according to the ADA. https://www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html

Stopped here after a day of hiking in Smith Rock. We had a comfortable stay at the Inn. Lobby is very appealing, all staff we encountered were friendly and well trained. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical motel fare, should be fine to get you going. Staff member handed requested items to us, we sat down in the breakfast room. COVID19 guidelines were being observed. A note to management: Even though there are Tesla superchargers in Bend, it wouldn’t hurt your property one bit if you installed a Tesla destination charger. 😁 Would stay here again if passing through the area.
