We were exhausted and looking for a place to stay. We should have kept driving. The room was way overpriced for what we got. The good: Convenient, the sheets and towels were clean, the room was huge, the wi-fi worked, the TV worked, and the air conditioner drowned out the noise from the highway. The bad: the price, the nasty... More

I came to the hotel and right away saw the bathroom. There was like black markings on the floor. Also the toilet bowl was scratched. Then the beds and tv where super old and outdated for what we paid. Lastly in the morning we could hear everything upstairs. I would pay $10/per night here. My suggestion is to pay an... More

These "people" are LIERS & THIEVES !!! Beware . . . . Stay at your own risk !! I called to require about a room and told them that I was not making a reservation but checking on room rates. They charged my credit card and when I discovered it on my monthly statement, I called them to have it... More

Or keep driving to Bend OR pay the $110 at Best Western but DON'T STAY HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.I do. The stuff in the morning were rotten bananas with 2 muffins from a hotess pack and a pot of coffee which did not taste like coffee. I can hear word for word the conversation in the next room and... I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years because I need a place that allows my small dogs. The rooms were always basic, and at first the rates were ok for what you got. But that is no longer the case. The rates have risen while the conditions and service remain poor. Now that I have... More

Unfortunately we stayed here on our journey to Crater Lake. It is on a busy train and road route. The room had a nasty smell and the breakfast was pitiful. The Management were not very friendly. I repeat ....avoid if possible.

The price was $120.00 was no way worth it but we were tired after traveling all day on the motorcycle. Our friends went to a camp ground and after staying at this place and the way we were treated we should have also. The next morning our friends came to the motel so we could get back on the road.... The room was old,we'll used and not comfortable to stay in. There were to office style chairs no arm rest and very hard to sit on. The shower had a soap dispenser with no soap. There was no clock of any kind except on the microwave. If this room cost say 30 dollars a night it might be ok. But... More

We were prepared to stay the night at the timbercrest inn, but after 4 hours...we left!!!! First off, I had specifically asked for pet friendly room to which I was told there would be a10$ fee. When we arrived, it was 30$ and I was told to go elsewhere if I didn't like it. Lucky room#10 is the one we... More

There was dried blood on the toilet seat, so we brought it to the attention of management. At first, the lady was very sympathetic, acknowledged the mistake, and vowed to have it cleaned up while we were out for the day. She urged us to contact her immediately if something like that arose again. We came back home at 11pm... More
