Don't let the exterior fool you the rooms inside are newly furnished with microwave refrigerator many channels on the TV , new heater / air conditioning unit. Bathrooms are clean and also newly refurnished. Owners are very friendly and helpful, the place was quiet all night no tweekers around. Overall a very nice place to stay.
It's not fancy, but it's clean and the mangers are really nice. Gave us a large corner room for the single room price room. The location is convenient and was our happy place after climbing and sightseeing.
We went without much high expectation given that it's a budget hotel. However, we were disappointed by the run-down furniture and bedding in our 2-night stay. The pillows, mattresses, bed sheets and covers were old, and we found hairs stuck on the blankets. We had a bigger room and enjoyed the kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave which was really handy, but the fridge made loud noises from time to time. The toilet drainage was also clogged with dirt and we had to call the reception for help but was resolved by the hotel staff who were friendly and helpful. There wasn't a proper breakfast area. Guests will have to get their cereals, coffee/tea and juices in a small room, and have them in their rooms despite a small sofa. We'd probably a bit more for a more comfortable experience unless you just want a bed for the night and linger in the area for too long…
It was a place to stop and sleep along the way. The carpet had stains all over it but the rest of the room was very clean. The shower was missing some grout in the corner that lets water through. At some point, they are going to have black mold behind the tile. The toilet paper reminded me of the paper tablecloths that have a pattern in them. Worst toilet paper I've ever seen. The continental breakfast consists of several kinds of dry cereal and Honey Buns. We went to a fast food place and skipped the breakfast. You sometimes have to ring both doorbells to the office to get them to respond and it may take a while for them to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but with very average expectations.
Despite the run down look of the outside, the interior of the room was extremely clean. There is easy access off hwy 97 & the parking was covered & plentiful. We had a toddler with us and were pleased to see that there was only one floor so we didn't have to worry too much about jumping noise. Check-in was simple with one of the nicest humans I have ever encountered. There is a gas station with a Subway in it right across the street. TV had all the channels, wi-fi was strong and reliable. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. The non-smoking room had no smell at all (which is not always the case, unfortunately). Only complaint is the limited breakfast options, but for the pricepoint we still felt we got an incredible value. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area.…
Stayed here one night driving up Hwy 97. While the outside looks a bit run down, the room itself, while simple, was extremely clean, shower had good water pressure, and I slept well (I always use earplugs in motels; heard nothing through them). The staff was very friendly, the breakfast more than I expected at Motel-6 prices.
This place is always great clean and perfect for every kind of person and fits everybody's needs. Always a great experience for me and my other half. I pick this motel out of anybody in the whole klamath falls.
Easy access off hwy97. Good parking under carport as well as gravel parking for larger vehicles. Large, clean rooms. Microwave and fridge in room. Very friendly and efficient check in staff. Don't let the outside look fool you. Updated rooms that are very comfortable.
Recently I booked a room in this place. Woke up at midnight because I was so itchy and realized there were so many bedbugs on my body and on the sheet. Initially, the owner refused to give me refund, after I told her that I would file a legal complaint so then she booked a room for me from a nearby hotel. Please shutting down this place in order to protect the public safety until it is bug-free. In addition to have bedbugs, the room was also dirty and seemed not have been cleaned for days. Trash were everywhere at the time of checking in.
Despite the outward appearance, nice room, very clean, comfortable bed. Manager excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. Most importantly dog friendly, Moore Park a must vist for dogs & their humans😊
