Fully restored 1920s Arts & Crafts bungalow located in Joseph, Oregon's first Arts and Culture District. Delicious full breakfasts served with organic coffee, teas and juices. Three graciously appointed guestrooms and one over-the-top suite each with en suite bath and many amenities. Perennial gardens with regulation surface bocce court. One affable cat on premises but not allowed in the guestrooms. We're a favorite for anniversary couples, hikers, art enthusiasts, and those wanting a quiet escape from the hub-bub of city life.

    Our Anniversary
The Bronze Antler is by far the best B & B we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The owners have created a serene and pristine inn that has been painstakingly restored in every detail. It is simply gorgeous and spotless, thanks to Georgia the housekeeper who makes each room sparkle! The ambiance is everywhere you turn from the soft music playing, stain glass lamps illuminated, fresh baked cookies, and gracious hostess Tiera greeting you, it all invites your senses in, letting you know you are going to be well taken care of! The view, the art, the furnishings including bidets in the bathrooms, and luxury linens covering them most amazingly comfortable beds, all add to this perfect experience. No detail has been forgotten, Including having yoga mats, bathrobes and slippers, lint rollers, and hygiene items, and wine openers in every guest room. The view of the mountains, the teak chairs in the garden, and vintage front porch give the perfect place to see the oh so friendly deer that wander relaxed and beautiful remind us to take in nature and relax. The combination of modern amenities, sensational luxury bathroom facilities especially in their Mirror Lake Suite, combined with the gorgeous antiques provides a setting that takes you back to a simpler time but also spoils you with modern gadgets and luxurious bathing experiences, complete with fabulous toiletries, and big fluffy towels. The breakfast is simply amazing, deliciously prepared with high quality ingredients, by Tiera who shares her sweet demeanor with all guests making each person feel special while still scheduling meals to optimize each person’s privacy, providing a feeling you have your own personal chef! We loved it so much we are already booked again to return in the Autumn. The town of Joseph offers quaint little shops and a pristine setting with the backdrop of the Alpinesque mountains and breathtaking lake reflecting it all. Thank you for your attention to detail, Railene and Michael, and for giving us a new favorite spot we plan to return to again and again! We love your Inn and it was a memorable and wonderful anniversary as a result! Rebecca and Scott Rand Eagle, Idaho
Rebecca & Scott, Thank you so much for such a glowing review. We truly appreciate it when our guests "get it" and take in all the comfort and warmth of The Bronze Antler. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to meet you in person this Fall when you return.

Pleasant, cozy, beautiful and private stay with a spectacular view of Wallowa mountains and great home made breakfast
Joseph is a place where you go back in time and enjoy the pristine nature as it is always- raw, magnificent and unscathed. You won't get any chain restaurant in the town, but all local businesses serving exceptional authentic qualities. If you are a food lover, please don't miss fusion cuisines from The Dog Spot and Pizzas from Gold Room. Both restaurants will offer take out and the crowd is not at all overwhelming and everybody is maintaining social distancing there. Also, the breakfast at Bronze Antler is super awesome to be less descriptive about it. Bill and Ann, both flavor up the food with their love, care and skillful cooking and perfect plating. You can have the breakfast outside also, sipping coffee and getting lost in the view of snow capped Wallowa mountains. The scenic spots all around Joseph are within 2 hours drive, but make sure you have an SUV or passenger car with enough ground clearance as many of the country roads are basically gravel roads. You can visit Joseph nearly all year around, but on 4th July there is an awesome firework on lake Wallowa which is hard to miss special attraction. Joseph is a very small picturesque town and Bronze Antler is at the very end of the small down town at a less than 5 minutes walkable distance. So, you get both the privacy and easy accessibility. Last but not least, Joseph also has many beautiful art and sculpture galleries which are worth exploring, particularly the photo and art collections of Valley Bronze Gallery. Therefore, don't think twice and visit Joseph with a memorable stay at Bronze Antler B&B to get the full experience!

    Wonderful in all respects
We had a delightful two night stay in this bed and breakfast. The weather was unusually torrid during our stay--well into the 90s during the day. The room stayed cool enough with the help of a room air conditioner. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. We saw a buck, two does, and a fawn during our short stay. It was an easy walk from the property into downtown Joseph, and the innkeeper gave spot-on restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was served at 8, but we had to leave early one morning. The innkeeper quite graciously prepared a brown bag (hot) breakfast for us to take with us. It was delicious and just right. the other morning we ate in the dining room and had another delicious and ample breakfast, which kept us going until dinner time. The old craftsman house is wonderfully restored with many thoughtful touches. All linens and room amenities were first rate. Would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home that has been completely restored to its original Craftsman style. Beautiful rooms have amazing bathrooms. Tera manages the B&B and is so nice, hospitable, and cooks amazing gourmet breakfasts. The B&B is within walking distance of downtown Joseph, has incredible views of the Wallowa Mountains, and has lovely landscaped grounds. We are planning to go back next fall!!

Wonderful Craftsman style bungalow with lots of attention to detail inside and out. Great location at one end of town with the mountains nearby. Very comfortable and welcoming. The innkeeper is great! Breakfasts were very good and enjoyed the port and cookies that were out later in the day.

This was our second stay at the Bronze Antler, and we will definitely keep coming back! The house is beautifully decorated with exceptional attention to detail that creates a historic and artistic ambience you won't want to miss. The guest rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious. The innkeeper Tiera was welcoming, communicative, and accommodating about anything and everything we needed during our stay. On our first stay a few years back we enjoyed the gourmet breakfast, but this time we needed to leave very early before serving time. So we would not miss out, Tiera packed up a delicious breakfast to go--what a treat and so kind of her! Bronze Antler is our home away from home in Joseph. Can't imagine a more perfect bed & breakfast experience!

Wonderful stay, thanks to a lovely place that felt like home and Tira’s personal touch that made it memorable. The Mirror Lake suite is true luxury, but any room brings the comfort and quality design of this house and its genuine appeal.

Our stay at the Bronze Antler was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautifully restored. The living room, dining room, and porch are so pleasant and comfortable and the gardens are lovely. Even though the house was at full capacity while we were there, we usually had the common areas and grounds to ourselves. Getting to know the innkeeper, Tera, was delightful; she makes delicious breakfasts and cookies and is an all-around good person. She really made our stay special. We will most certainly be back!

Great Stay in a very nice and quiet B&B. Four guest rooms w modern and update bathrooms Beautifully furnished and perfect location in Joseph. The innkeeper provides great service and allows each guest to have their own unique experience. Often times older B&Bs have thin walls and creaky floors. This place didnt have any of those issues. We've already recommending Bronze Antlers to a handful of friends planning to visit Joseph, Enterprise and Wallowa lake.

Wonderful 3-night stay at the The Bronze Antler B&B. The Mirror Lake suite was a perfect place to relax and enjoy all the comforts provided. The views of the gardens from the comfy chairs or bed were beautiful. It felt like we were staying with good friends - even if we just met them once at a shared breakfast. The most outstanding part of our stay was getting to know our host Tera. She was gracious, friendly, caring, and prepared wonderful breakfasts. She’s knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

This is a darling B and B right on the main street and close to town, so very walkable. The location is gorgeous with views of the mountains so close by. The manager, Tera, is delightful and accommodating. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but most of us won't spend much time in the room and the rest of the house is spacious with wonderful gardens and large front deck. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is bright, cheery with everything you might need. Highly recommend!!
