We stayed here for a few days back in 2013 at the recommendation of my sister in law. The place was wonderful. Such a beautiful view of the river. Full kitchen, bbq and bedroom upstairs. We will definitely be back!

From the first interaction with Randy (the owner) to that last hour when we had to close the door and say goodbye to this extraordinary part of Oregon, our mini-honeymoon here in late July was simply amazing. Everything was perfect: the river, the wildlife, the quiet, the beauty, the accommodations, all of it. When we first walked out onto the...

As soon as you drive down the hill life changes. The moment you step out the beauty and serenity of this place hits you. We stayed in the Maple home which was clean lots of room and a breath taking view from the deck. The home is right on the river; we slept with the windows open listening to the...

Was only looking for a place to break up the drive from the coast to Crater Lake...turned out one of the best stays of our three week exploration of OR. Randy is proud of his cottages and they are everything promised and more. Just delightful. The area is fantastic for exploring. Waterfalls to the east and great birding in the...

Really behind in posting my TripAdvisor reviews. This stay in the Maple Home took place last summer. We chose this place as a base for a trip to Crater Lake in the middle of our 2-week long vacation in Oregon. The pluses: It was large and had everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there. 2 beds, deck...

Unbelievable location! The view is spectacular . Two of us stayed 2 nights at the Fir, a rustic home nestled in the trees with wood plank vaulted ceilings, sky lights and two large sets of sliding doors that lead to the wrap around balcony looking over the river and the fish below. The kitchen is large, well-stocked with dishware and...

We stayed for a long weekend with friends of ours in July. The view was so wonderful--you could just sit on the back deck for hours and not want to leave. You could see the fish jumping, bats at night (dusk) and we even saw a bald eagle once! All the cabins are very private, and do not overlook each...

We stayed at the Maple home for four nights. It was such a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful vacation. The home is located off the main highway far enough that we only heard the river and and the sounds of jumping Steelhead and Chinook. The deck is so private and the view of the eagle's perch across the river...

Wow, the Maple home was perfect! Fantastic view from the private deck. All three homes are situated so you can't see the other decks. Felt like your home was all alone on the river. The deck included a full size propane grill, which we used, table, chairs. It had an entrance from the master bedroom and living room. It is...

“Fir – The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough to use. The Fir house runs parallel to the river and is completely private. The house on the left is not visible and there are no facing windows on the house on the right. It made us feel as if the river was all ours.”
