This is an old motel that has retained some of the past. It's one a quieter section of hwy 99 with a park across the street. Very friendly and has a kitchenette with full fridge. Parking is right in front of the door and there is a pool

I love this beautiful place so much that I'm staying here an extra week. Susan and Kelly Corliss have made their property and the rooms a delightful happy magical place to stay. The prices here are very affordable. I don't want to leave. I will come back. Thank you for everything.

Proprietors Susan & Casey are absolutely great! ...kind, friendly, helpful, and on-it. (like-really, Susan just gave us some watermelon! Awesome unique little place to stay & enjoy on the outskirts of Grants Pass and the Rogue River. Pretty and convenient location; hwy. 99 sure beats driving around hot busy traffic lights, while still easily getting anywhere you want in the area. Clean cute modernized (just enough!) good'old '50s rooms, solitude as well as family welcoming every considerate way. And oh-man,,,the BELLA ROSAS; beautiful yard, Casey! affordable, friendly, peaceful place to stay; support and enjoy the lost art and spirit of home-style accommodation.

Found this inn on our way back from a terrible cabin by cave junction. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Really nice and clean rooms, comfortable and cozy, We loved the vintage decorations in each room. The pool area was nice, my kids had a blast, they even provided rafts and pool toys. This is a great family inn, we will definitely be returning and would recommend this to all of our family and friends.

This place is all about character and we loved it. It`s a great departure from the hotel chains. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are very decorated and kept very clean, always something to look at and enjoy. Rooms are simple and clean, with that homey retro feel. We enjoyed a great meal from Taqueria La Guacamaya, a local Mexican restaurant down the street. We wouldn`t hesitate to stay again.

The best of everything, wonderful people running a wonderful retro motel. I love this place and whenever my family come to visit from Memphis TN. They will stay here. You will never find a better place to stay.

I stayed at this little place, more than once, the owners are very sweet, you are only 1 mile from groceries, yet you are in a cozy country setting... I loved the kitchenettes, the inn is pet friendly, the dog run is very large and all fenced in... If you like to fish they have a private dock, just steps away, there is a pool, the owners make you feel like family, The thing that I loved the most is when you pull up to your room, it is all undercover, you can unload, in the pouring rain and not get your things wet. they have full cable tv, and good wifi, I don't usually do reviews, but this little place amazed me, J Love

I wanted a quiet and comfortable place for some much deserved R and R with a pool. An older style of motel but owners keep it very clean. I will return to this motel again if I am ever in the Rogue River Valley to visit. Easy access to your car parked next to door. Excellent pet areas. They provide pool noodles and floats. Excellent picnic area with propane barbeque above pool area. Owners very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. At check in the price was what had been quoted and reasonable compared to other places. This is not a motel that is wheelchair accessible but wish it were so I could take my daughter. Need a car to drive places for dinners and going to activities in area. Smokers have covered patio with two chairs and table outside room.

We stayed here while shopping for a home in Grants Pass.......although the owner did change the prices from the time we booked and again while we were there.......the room was clean. It was a huge room with a bedroom, a kitchentte and a full size fridge.
We booked well in advance and I printed out the price and the rates......she changed the "winter rates" dates, so when we got there the price was $500 instead of $400. I questioned her and she offered to take $50 off. Since I have headaches and we really weren't famialiar with the area and the room was "safe" from odors we paid her price and stayed.
When we were looking to book a place to stay for the actual move time, the prices had changed again and been raised for the winter season......yet the week we were there.....we were the only guest they had!
We found another place when we made the actual move.

I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding about our prices. Our winter rates have always started on October 15th. You folks came in on the 10th and were staying for a week which means you came in during our summer rate time. I offered to split the difference and give you a break since our winter rates began while you were still here. When you said you were coming back I quoted the daily winter rate and of course it will be more since it was not a weekly rate. All in all, I am glad all was fine except the price and that has not been any different since I have owned The Bella Rosa so it was just a misunderstanding I am sorry about and will try to avoid. Thanks for staying and sorry again about the misunderstanding.
