Spent the afternoon at Collins Lake, we were staying nearby. Clean facilities. $11 for a day pass. Parked right at boat launch with our kayaks. Had lunch at nearby picnic area port o pottys only, they were clean anyway. Beach area with rentals available. There was a store, ice cream and coffee. We were there mid week. Weekends I imagine... As soon as we saw the lodge it seemed to be empty and run-down but once we got to our room and opened the doors, what a total surprise. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures provided when I reserved the room down to the covers. It was BEAUTIFUL, spacious, clean. The dining table was absolutely gorgeous. I had... More

We rented a 3 bedroom condominium for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. I was surprised that besides groceries, we pretty much had everything we needed to cook every meal in the condo. Each bedroom had its own TV, and the owner provided a plethora of DVDs as well. The location is... More

We have stayed many times at these condos in various ones over the years! They all accommodate all your needs in every way. Fully stocked kitchens, w/d, balconies, some by a bubbling stream, hot tub, heated pool, exercise room, fire pit, garages and so much more!

This was our first time staying at Collins Lake Resort. We stayed in unit# 202 in the South Grand Lodge. The unit was spacious and had room for all 6 of us plus some. We only stayed 2 nights but we will definitely stay for a longer period of time next time. There are plenty of activities for kids and... More

Excellent facilities, we stayed in lodge #26. The lodge was spacious and clean. The amenities were more than we needed. The VIP card was extremely helpful, saving 0n lift tickets, food and other purchases we made. The shuttle was a nice amenity as well, since the roads were icy, we waited At the bus stop (the shuttle was on time)... More

The location is perfect. We were able to have friends join us for an evening of jamming in the living room. The kitchen was stocked, well enough, to cook an evening meal for hungry snow bunnies, musicians and worn out children. We took full advantage of the discounted lift tickets for Ski Bowl and Meadows. I really loved having the... More

A wonderful family getaway. The snow tubing was a real hit for the kids and as adults we really appreciated the shuttle. The hot tub was amazing. Our condo was a little shabby but was clean. We were a last minute reservation and were grateful for a chance to stay even in the bufget friendly section.

I've been wanting to take my grandchildren on a "ski-cation," without having to drive to the mountain and back (about 90 miles each way) the same day. Luckily, their Christmas vacation was a week longer than most, so we were able to rent a chalet for quiet mid-week stay (two kids, parents and one grandma!). The chalet was clean, comfortable... Our condo was nice..sparsely decorated but good selection of movies. The kitchen had the basics. It could have been a bit cleaner in the master bath..someone dropped their coffee or something..splats of brown all over the walls and door which should have been cleaned. The master bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable.
