Unit #6 was an extremely nice, safe and very nicely furnished condo. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and the grocery and liquor store below had everything you needed. Restaurants were a short walk away.

We stayed in unit 1 during the summer with 3 couples. We were very comfortable in this spacious condo on Mt. Hood! It has high end furnishings that are very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We look forward to visiting again!

When we tried to book a couple of nights at the Timberline Lodge the reservation system offered us The Lodge. Never having been in the area before we were initially a bit confused but discovered this is a completely separate accommodation apparently run by the same company. The Lodge at Gov't Camp is about 6 miles from the actual Timberline...

My husband and I rented condo #6 for the weekend. The decor was nice (not lodgey or overly rustic) and the bed super comfy. We did not make use of the full kitchen but I can see how that would be an advantage for longer stays. We enjoyed the extra space (vs a hotel room) to spread out in and...

We wanted a place to cook in and spend time in the mountains. This location sounded great on the internet - close to the outdoors of Mt. Hood, but more modern and a kitchen unlike Timberline Lodge up top. The condo was built about 10 yrs. ago, according to maintenance who had to replace the broken lock on our front...

We rented a condo there and it was lovely. Great views, right by the Alpine Ski park, and the skate park. There is a little store downstairs for essentials. nice summer place to visit. Easy short trip up the road to grab dinner at Timberline lodge. Also close enough to go rafting in Maupin.

If you want to enjoy the amenities of Timberline Lodge but get a lot more space and amenities for the money, the condo units at the Lodge at Government Camp are just six miles down the mountainside and have full privileges at the Lodge, including discounts at restaurants and use of pool/hot tub. For not much more money than the...

I've stayed in many ski apartments, but this (unit 3) is the best. Wonderful layout, fantastic art, and great decor. The building is well situated in the middel of the village, next to the Huckleberry Inn (good for breakfasts), and the Ratskeller (good for pizza) and above a grocery shop. It's also within walking distance of the Mt Hood Brewing...

We stayed in a condo room that was well appointed. Includes a full kitchen and washer dryer. Upstairs sleeps up to four with a separate master bath. Would have given a five star rating if the environment was quiet. The rooms are warm while there is no air conditioning there is a ceiling fan and several floor fans provided. We...
