Turtle Rock is very nice beach camping. This is our third visit. We enjoy the large Rv sites and friendly staff. Good basic beach camping in a safe environment. Some sites have semi-private spas. Our kids stayed in a nice cottage with a spa. We enjoy our visits to Gold Beach and Turtle Rock.

Our camping spot was right on Hunter Creek and walking distance to the beach. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Even the folks that lived there full time were kind and considerate. Facilities were well maintained and the grounds were pretty.

We didn't have reservations and was told by the management we were breaking a "cardinal rule." We felt like we were children as we were being scolded by the management. Then she insulted us when she stated the price of the site like we would not be able to afford it. The sign upon entering said late arrivers could pick... More

Very helpful, friendly and accomodating staff. We had a small issue with another guest and the staff went above and beyond to make the situation right. Very helpful and accomodating...we very much appreciated their customer service. Very convenient location.

Stayed here one night with a 31 FT RV and a tow vehicle. Even after hours and last minute, we were able to get a site. The site are pretty level and the staff is super nice and friendly. The bathhouse is cool because, each person gets their own bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Full hookups. Near the... More

Our campsite was not the most level area to pull in to, but we managed. Nice and quiet park. We ended up taking a shower in our rv instead of the bathrooms because we could never get the water hot - they had bathtubs instead of showers. The bathrooms were clean and the laundry room was clean. We couldn't fish... More

My experience was pretty good cause we were close to the beach and the hot tub was relaxing. It was small butt comfy. The staff there were pretty nice but leave at 5:00pm. The showers in the middle of the park were really disappointing to me. I stayed there for a week and it was fun. But there was 5... More

Last week my husband and I took a weekend getaway to the coast. We booked a 4 nights stay at one of Turtle Rock's wood side cabin. We like to thank the staff members for making our stay a very enjoyable time. We were happy with everything, the cabin was so cute and cozy made us feel like home. We... More

My family and I spent Memorial Weekend here for the first time. I truly felt so relaxed the camp site offered a gym, rec room with direct television, vcr, and dvd players. They offered movies to watch at no rental cost and the facility was very clean. People here were very hospitable and polite as well as helpful. The sites... More

Loved, loved, loved staying at Turtle Rock Resort with the family in our RV. Stayed over the Memorial day weekend with our 23ft travel trailer. The park is well maintained and has plenty of space in each RV lot for your rig, vehicle, fire pit, picnic table, and room for the kids to run around. There is even lots of... More
