The name of this place is a little deceiving, resort conjures up swimming pools, spas and luxury surroundings. There’s none of that here, what there is, is a nice, quite, well maintained rv park that obviously was built many years ago when rv’s were small with no place to park your vehicle near your space if you are in one of the river view spots unless one of the sites is empty and then they allow you to park in the empty sites. I don’t think you could even extend your awning out all the way without hitting your neighbor and your neighbors sewer hose is less than 3 ft from your door. The sites in the upper part of the park are almost as tight but most of the time they only rent out every other site so that there is a place to park cars. The park has a nice view of the Rogue River and you can just walk a ways down and fish. They do have a small store with basic grocery staples, soda’s, ice cream, candy, wine and a few rv supplies. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are basic but clean. They have cable tv and wifi that works reasonably well. Now for the real reason for just a 3 star review...the price! We were charged $1988.00 to stay 38 days. When I made my reservations I’m pretty sure I was told the non-refundable deposit was a months rent and it would be $800., so imagine my surprise when I arrived and I owed $1200 more than I had already paid and we were only going to stay a week longer than we originally booked and i was informed that that price included a $200 discount, this is by far the most expensive place we have ever stayed and we will not be returning for that reason.

RVers BEWARE!! READ WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING HERE!! Be very careful if you plan to book an RV site at the Four Season RV Resort in Gold Beach as you may find your reservation canceled by the owner. Before I tell you what happen, you need to know that we are a retired professional couple (IT Exec and a Teacher) and have been fulltiming in our class A Tiffin motorhome for over 2.5 years. We have booked and stayed at hundreds of RV Park across the country. This is not our first RV rodeo and we have stayed at hundreds of parks. We are booking our trip up the Oregon coast. This has been one of our top bucket lists routes. My wife called Four Seasons in Gold Beach and spoke to a pleasant woman who informed us that they could offer us a spot for one week. My wife was elated and reserved the site and gave them our credit card to charge the deposit. The spot they discussed was one that use to be two spots. When doing my normal RV spot research I couldn’t find any photos or information to insure our 37 foot Tiffin motorhome would fit. So I responded to an email sent by the Four Season RV Resort and just asked about the spot and its ability to accommodate us. At the end of my email I also let Four Seasons know that we try to provide detailed reviews for all parks where we stay. We courtesy inform all RV parks this information as we don’t want anyone to be surprised. Most of our reviews range from 4 stars to 5 stars. We read all reviews and we also want other RVers to hear recent experiences. The next day I found and email in my box from Mark, the Owner of Four Seasons, informing me that he had CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT. That’s it! Nothing else. We thought maybe Mark had misread our email or may not have even read it at all. My wife prompted called the Four Season office and spoke to the woman who booked our reservation. She said Mark was the owner and she would pass our message onto him. I then emailed Mark again and expressing my confusion at the abrupt cancellation. He emailed me back in the afternoon stating exactly the same note of YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. Nothing else. My wife called the office again and the women told her she passed the information onto Mark and that was “all she could do”. I emailed Mark again expressing my wish to speak with him as I figured this was just a miscommunication. STILL NOTHING!! My wife called a third time today and the women told my wife that we were off the books. The owner never returned our call. Never responded to what the issue was with our reservation. NOTHING!!! BEWARE YOU MIGHT END UP WITH A CANCELLED RESERVATON TOO!! With no place to stay in a popular area. The best we can guess is that maybe Mark, the Four Season RV Resort Owners, was still seething from a previous review that he didn’t like. Or perhaps he things we are somebody else. But we will never know as MARK WILL NOT TALK TO US AT ALL!! I fully understand that Mark has the ability to cancel any reservation he likes. I get it, he is the owner. But we RVers also have the right to choose which parks we visit. It would appear that the owner of the Four Season RV Resort does not care about his customers or future customers. He also seems irrational and not reliable or dependable. We have NEVER had another experience like this one. WE WILL NOT BOOK WITH FOUR SEASON in GOLD BEACH EVER AGAIN. We also want everyone to know our experience. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. I guarantee you that the Four Seasons RV Resort will randomly cancel another reservation for someone else. I’m sure Four Season is a lovely park, but we will never know. There are LOTS of other parks in the area. As mentioned, this is our first stay on the Oregon coast. I must say we have a very sour taste in our mouth now. I hope Oregon is not a regret and this is normal for other Oregon RV Park Owners. Its sad as its people like us that spend lots of money in these areas.

This is our second time staying here, and we absolutely love this place. This is by far the nicest rv resort that we have found, and you cannot beat the views, the owner Mark and his staff keep the grounds in pristine condition, and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Awesome place and i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to come and enjoy the beautiful peaceful serenity of the Four Seasons RV resort.

This RV park is a gem on the Rogue River. Mark, the owner works very hard to keep the grounds immaculate. The RV sites by the river are great, close together but it's not really a drawback. The only issue is their is a limited dog walking area but you can go down by the river for a run.You will not be disappointed.

This RV Resort is a hidden treasure on the Rogue River. The new owners have such pride of ownership in their park you feel like family as soon as you arrive. Beautiful well kept grounds right on the river. Pet friendly, shaded community deck with horseshoes and games. Nice store and immaculate rest rooms and laundry. Highly recommend this park, we will be back!

Fabulous little campground. This campground is right on Rogue River with beautiful views, great river access, clean, level, grassy and well maintained sites with full hookups. WiFi was excellent while we were here. Friendly owner and helpful/courteous staff. A couple of long term units in the park but they were well maintained. A bit outside town but well worth the travel. If we ever get back in the area e will definitely stay again. Don’t pass up this jewel.

We stayed here 10 years ago and loved it so much we went out of our way on our eclipse trip just to stay here again. As nice as it was back then, it's even better under the new owners/managers, Tracy and Amy. impeccable landscaping and wonderful grassy sites. It's worth the short drive up the Rogue River to get out of the coastal fog and dampness. We'll be back.

A little off the beaten path but worth the drive. As a matter of fact, its worth the drive because if Gold Beech is fogged in, chances are the park is not. Also, don't be afraid to take your big rig, 40+ feet. The park is a little cramped and its not that easy to get a large rig in or out but doable. Just call ahead to make sure they have a spot that can accommodate. For smaller rigs, not an issue. The park is clean and very well taken care of. I love the fact that its on the river.

The park is very clean, level and well maintained. Owners are also the managers (Tracy and Amy) and very interested in taking care of the guests. Amy was kind enough to arrange for me to use the local gym. Tracy loaned a few tools to me and provided some loctite so that I could fix a folding table we use while traveling. Owners welcome pets and are also careful about making sure that dogs are on a leash. We traveled in a 45 foot motorhome and towed a vehicle. Easy to get in and out. Very reasonably priced. We will definitely return.

Just got back from a relaxing weekend at Four Seasons RV resort and I felt I had to write a review right away. From the moment we drove in, Tracy and Amy made us feel welcome and really took the time to make sure we knew where everything was and had what we needed. There is a deck overlooking the Rogue River where they have happy hour every evening and a communal firepit which makes for a nice opportunity to visit with your friends, and make new ones. We don't have dogs but noticed that pets were made welcome and owners were encouraged to pick up after them by providing several doggy poop stations and asking they be kept on leashes. They clearly spend a lot of time maintaining the grass areas which makes the resort look very nice. The restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are clean and fresh and they have a well stocked shop at the office. When I asked about the mail boat trips up the Rogue River Amy offered to make reservations for us. We did that and the mail boats even picked us up from the dock at the resort. It's only about 6 miles up the river from Gold Beach and it makes a big difference with the weather. Warmer and less windy. We've already made a reservation to go back next month.
